I give this location a five-star rating because from the first time I ever came to inquire about an oil change the people there have always been so cordial and so friendly and so thorough each time I go in for service. I appreciate being treated with kindness and dignity like everyone is supposed to be and they always have coffee and tea if you would like a cup. Their service is fast also, even when they are backed up and have lots of customers waiting, but they never wait too long for their service and I really appreciate each and everyone for their kindness.

If you are reading this I advise you not to spend a dime at this establishment. I had purchased a Groupon for an oil change & tire rotation for $45 which I was going to use. I called to schedule an appointment, in which they said to just walk in & they’ll squeeze me in. Upon arriving I go up to their service desk at around 11am & come across AL Boza, I don’t get greeted & barely acknowledged. I let him know I’m there to get an oil change & tire rotation, he started off by asking how many miles I had which I didn’t know exactly, so he grabs my keys & checks. Comes back & still very cut/dry with me. He states he will call me when my car is done. I ask if they’ll be doing my tire rotation in which he states “if we have enough time to get around to it, we will”. What kind of response is that from an so called manager? 4pm comes around & I haven’t received any type of communication it be phone call, text or email stating my car is ready. I instead contact Midas & ask if my car was ready in which they stated yes. During this phone call he didn’t state my car needed xyz or that I was going to pay extra for anything, which you’d think they would advise you. Upon arriving at 4:15pm once again not greeted & to then be told I would have to pay an additional $10 for .30 of oil because my Groupon only covered 5 qts not 5.30 like I stated before I was not made aware of this when I dropped off the vehicle nor when I contacted them to see if my car was ready. I proceed to ask did your team perform a tire rotation? Which he stated no because my tires are bald, however my tires have a lot of tread left? & if that were the case wouldn’t you not contact the customer beforehand & ask if they’d like to purchase two new tires or give them options? I expressed that his customer service isn’t the greatest in which he replies with “I’m the only one here” & “you don’t know my medical conditions” 1. There was 3 other guys hanging out on the bays, so he was indeed not alone. 2. What does your medical conditions or problems have to do with me? Or how you treat your customers. I paid the remaining balance & left the facility. As I left I noticed that their mpi or curtsey check was no where to be filled out. So it didn’t state what tires I needed? Or what the tread life was. So for future customers I warn you not to do any business here or have the misfortune dealing with Al Boza

The staff is very friendly but the work has been a complete failure. I have spent $2700 to get my AC fixed and they keep telling me its fine but in stop and go traffic it blows warm. $2700 and I can't drive my car when its hot out. Ive had my car there 3 times for over a week total and my problem remains. I do not recommend this place.

Al and Sam are the best. They explained everything to me and were personal and professional and a pleasure to work with. I had an intermittent problem. A terribly loud rubbing sound coming from the rear end of my Honda VX. Unfortunately, by the time I drove into Midas it was silent. However, they drove my car to try to replicate the sound and then put it on a rack to inspect my car’s undercarriage. Basically, the suspension for all four wheels was compromised, tho nothing was broken. To fix all four wheels would cost a fortune. So, the moment that horrible grating sound returns, I SHALL RETURN. Then they’ll be able to locate which wheel to fix, saving me from fixing the wheels that don’t need fixing. That’s a genius move and a generous expenditure of their time and talent through which they’ve earned my repeat business.

If you haven’t tried the Midas customer service experience, you are indeed missing out on this! Came in for a Uber driver Vehicle Inspection and I must say, this is by far the most pleasant and positive customer service experience I’ve ever had in any automotive repair setting. Usually it’s a drag to go into any automotive service center as most of the time everyone is pissed off and don’t want to be there, Here at Midas it’s the complete 360 degrees! Heck, even the restroom was spotless and smelled amazing, which is crazy rare for automotive shops! Not only do they provide excellent speedy service, but they do it with Pride like I’ve never seen before! Blake was so kind and helpful, not an ounce of negativity whatsoever but rather pure positivity with a smile, this guy is Guna be CEO of Midas soon and well deserved! I thank you Blake and Midas for such an excellent experience and will recommend all automotive repairs and more to Midas and this hemet location! Love yah guys! Quick service, friendly atmosphere. I wasn’t happy about the excuse of safety for not rotating my tires. They claimed it was too close to the indicators on one tire. I could understand if they were bald but there is a lot of tread left.

This Midas location is great! I’ve been able to get my car in anytime that I needed to. The manager doesn’t try selling you stuff you don’t need, very honest! You can tell that they truly care about their customers and they aren’t trying to rip you off. This is my go to for everything.

I was scam!! In July 2025, I brought my vehicle to Midas to address a leak between the motor and the bell housing. After the repairs, I noticed a puddle under the car in the same location as before shortly after returning home. I returned to the shop, where my vehicle was kept for a few days, yet the issue persisted. After parking it again in my driveway, I discovered another leak at the same spot. This back-and-forth has occurred multiple times. I have tried to discuss the matter with Midas , but there has been no resolution. I am willing to replace any necessary parts, but I believe it is unfair to incur additional labor costs for the same ongoing issue. I have attempted to reach the owner multiple times without success I have filed a claim with my bank to reverse the charges, if it goes in my favor, I won’t have to take them to court

I went in to switch from regular motor oil to Synthetic oil. Personally I’ve always received great service. Haven’t had any issues in the last couple years I’ve been going mainly for oil changes and tire rotations but also brakes/rotor work and new tires. Always transparent especially on the price. That’s big for me. They have coupons like other places which helps a lot. I don’t leave feeling like I got taken advantage of like some other places and that’s a big reason I am a repeat customer. Wait can be a little long sometimes ngl but they’re up front about it and I have saved money coming here for sure so it’s fine w me
