15 mins before 9PM closing time and the store is already closed. They closed me out. I would have bought my part, and easily on my way home. Probably the reason why they are going out of business. They turn away customers before closing.

I need a speed shaft sensor pt. #SNA1165.. phones aren't being answered and the Hemet location isn't registered to online site anymore(I was advised by an online agent to get a hold of an associate from Hemet location personally if I wanted to have a part sent there.. EXCEPT I can't get a hold of anyone😑)

Upon visiting Advanced Auto Parts for a replacement battery, Jeremiah, a knowledgeable staff member, offered to test my existing battery prior to making a purchase. Following the battery test, we determined that it was still in good condition. However, I opted to obtain a new battery, which Jeremiah efficiently installed with my watching assistance lol. Of course, the stocking system of Advance Auto is Overwhelmed and Can Not be efficient. What's New with that? Drove up twice, once to be denied by the store closing at 4:30pm, 2 minutes before I got there. And today, the stock system at the store showed no product available as it stated availability online at the Hemet Store. No Wonder advance auto is going out of business west of Texas. Sure wish advance auto didnt acquire Carquest, they'd still be in business today with a Machine Shop.

I had such a great interaction with Leslie today! Her professionalism and patience, I mean wow ! She greeted me with a beautiful smile and helped me calm my nerves with her confidence and strong work ethic. Really takes the stress off your shoulders when your dealing with a such a kind, confident and reassuring person. Today was remarkable. This was truly one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a while. The girl really tailors herself to your needs to make sure that your needs are fulfilled and you walk out as a satisfied customer. And I can assure you, I was a very satisfied customer ! I’ve bin to 3 different locations over the last week and all the same empty very little left but the stuff it said online was there so I was able to get everything I needed. From each store after calling this Hemet location they were very rude and told me the are not looking up parts over the phone for me to drive to location and get in line like everyone hung up I pull up to location today since the don’t answer the phone at all now the location says it’s temporary closed dou to system not working.I heard that this location is working with other local shops to sell the the parts on the side that’s why they don’t want people to buy the product they are profiting on the side! Plus employees close store early at around 3pm and stay on the clock till 9pm

I came here for my rewards points and they are only letting in 2 people at a time. This makes me feel like a criminal. They don't trust you to go in and find what you are looking for without supervision. I now see why Advance auto parts are going out of business. I would never shop at a store that makes you feel like a criminal. I also showed up at 7:55 p.m. and the door was locked with a hand written sign saying closed but the store sign said they close at 9 p.m. I will shop elsewhere. They are not the only auto parts store in town. I would recommend everyone streer away from this place.
