Some friendly associates some rude associates… overall I’m not sure if most qualified. My TPMS light has been on since I had new tires put on and when I took it back in to get fixed in the end they couldn’t even do anything because they did not have what was needed for my car even though u was originally told they did. Trying somewhere else because as always with Walmart- you get what you pay for 🤦♀️

Wasted my time. I took my truck in for an oil change. The lady at the garage took down all of my information and told me it'd be about 30 minutes for the oil change. I come back 30 minutes later and they tell me that my oil change request had been canceled, saying the vehicle was unsafe. To clarify what this was about the very kind young lady at the register walked me out to the garage and I find out that the "lube tech" was not able to verify the size of my engine. Even though there's only one version of my truck that comes with a V6 and the spark plugs are clearly visible, ÀND there's a VIN number, that the first lady entered into her system, which gives all of my trucks information, and more.... Baguette he said that because there are no stickers on my airbox, they are unable to verify the size of my engine and we're not able to perform an oil change. That is the most ridiculous thing I've heard, and because of this, it completely wasted my time. I didn't have time to stop at another place today. I have a feeling this was just some lazy employees because if not, and they are looking for a sticker for an engine size instead of using the VIN number, then something's clearly wrong with the procedures at this place. I'll be hesitant to take my vehicle here again, even for something as simple as an oil change.

The gripe I have with this location of not with the oil change services itself. They are a great value and allow me to roam the store and pick up a few items I may need. The issue I have with this place is the availability of personnel working to actually conduct the services. Multiple times I have visited this location when they open and they didn't not have employees to work on vehicles. So it was a waste of time to wake up early enough to wait until they open just to find out that they will no be able able to change my car's oil.

Horrible service! I only had 2 cars in front of me and it took them 2 hours to even get started on my car. When they did, they then informed me that they could not replace my battery because it was inaccessible. It's not though. It's difficult, but it's not impossible. The mechanics didn't even want to face me to tell me this either.. they had the cashier tell me everything. They also told the cashier that if I knew how to change the battery, then I should go home a do it. So friggin rude! After that I was livid. I went out to the garage to get my key from them and they refused to give me their names. I then expressed exactly what I thought they were acting like and left. One of their names is on the paperwork so I guess they aren't too bright either.

I've been to this Walmart couple times for tire service. The ex worker is good and helpful. However, they hire new worker is really bad attitude and lazy. I have an appointment to do my car tire service. They select 2 tires of my car tire size. Next day I wait 1 hr then they said they don't have my car tire size. I ask can I check is there any other brand. They said no more and giving the attitude. Bad service no wonder I haven't seen any customer lately. Never come here anymore. Walmart should fire those lazy and bad attitude worker. Don't come here for service it's really bad..

Did not honor appointment time, started one hour plus late. Oil change tech friendly but did not speak English. Tire change tech hollered the F word constantly. No reason to book an appt.

It took way too long, I went in to get a patch on one of my tires. I got there about 10am, they told me that it would take about an hour and a half. That was fine with me considering I had to do some shopping anyways. I returned back from getting some groceries after about an hour and 15 minutes and they hadn't even started on my car. After about 3 and half hours they finally started on my car, I was really frustrated and mad but there was so many upset customers that I decided to stay quiet. It took them 12 minutes to put a patch on my tire. By the time that I checked out and everything it took a total of about 4 hours! It really made me upset because my groceries were sitting out the whole time! I actually through out a couple things because it had sat out to long. It was a very frustrating experience and I actually lost money on my groceries by sitting there.

1 star is being nice. I wish the was a option to rate them a negative rating. I waited 5 1/2 hours for tire change plus to pay at the register. I'll never EVER GO HERE AGAIN. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Seems like they had every other thing stocked except the thing I went for. All I needed was some Transmission fluid and they were completely out. If you're selling a Walmart brand product that people can only get here, it should at least be stocked.

The customer service is pretty bad, they barely answer your questions, they don't tell you what the warranty is going to cover, I ask for an estimate to change just two tires, and also I ask how long it could take to do the job done and they say I don't know, you can go ask outside, like bro 🤨... Instead go to the Walmart supercenter in san Jacinto, those guys are super friendly, the staff works pretty fast in less than 20 minutes and they get the job done, in a very professional way with a great service ...👏🏻

This review is for Rachel the manager, who doesn’t manage her staff at all. Every time I’ve ever gone in, And I’ve brought three different vehicles and one of them wasn’t even mine. I was told after an hour and a half of waiting that the plug was too tight and they were not comfortable removing it. After going to another technician, I was always told that they weren’t sure what they were talking about over at Walmart. Adrian, the technician will do absolutely anything in his power to avoid working on a vehicle. When he does work on a vehicle, he leaves oil stains and smears in the cabin of the vehicle. The work done at this auto center absolute bottom of the barrel. If you have an appointment, you will not be taken care of, and you have your time wasted 100% of the time. Absolutely anywhere here. I guarantee that guy could get a job anywhere else but a low quality shop like this one.

Worst service ever. Took way too long just to check in the car for an oil change. Talk about express. What a joke. And to get the oil change done, it took forever. They are just playing stupid

I needed a tire patch and oil change on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. I was notified by text that my service was completed in less than an hour. It turned out that I had a tire with a rusted nut and they were not able to remove or patch the tire. At first, I was given a receipt without explanation- I only found out that nothing was done on the tire because I looked closely at the receipt since the price was lower than I expected. The manager came out and the whole team went over and above to help me solve the issue. While the rusted nut and possible hub repair issue went beyond the services Walmart provides, I was impressed by the manager’s and associates’ efforts to help me. Thank you!

ZERO STARS! This place is an absolute disaster. I went in for something that should’ve been quick and simple—changing ONE brand-new tire—but instead, I was met with ridiculous wait times, lazy employees, and zero communication. From the moment I walked in, I could tell customer service wasn’t a priority. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just a bunch of workers standing around, moving at a snail’s pace. I figured, ‘Okay, maybe they’re busy,’ but nope! The shop wasn’t even packed, and yet, they still managed to take an eternity to complete the most basic service. After waiting way longer than necessary, I finally asked for an update. Instead of a clear answer or an apology for the delay, I got attitude and a vague excuse about being ‘backed up’—which was clearly not true. It’s like they couldn’t care less about actually doing their jobs. By the time they finally finished, I had wasted 3 hours!!!!!!! of my day for something that should’ve taken 15-20 minutes max. No sense of urgency, no respect for customers’ time, and definitely no professionalism. DO NOT waste your time here. If you need a tire change, go to a real tire shop where they actually value your business. This place is an absolute joke, and I’ll never be coming back!

This is the WORST auto experience I’ve ever had. There’s no one to talk to us as we have waited 30 minutes just to be told that they are too busy to change our oil. Had my oil changed and there was a leak. So I had to wait again for 30 minutes to be seen. Not worth the cheap prices. Avoid this place, whatever you do, don’t waste your time. I’d say it’s not even 1 star service.

What an absolutely joke of a place. They completely ignored and helped every other person so after 20 minutes, I left. Also, maybe don’t make fun of other people and their cars after they’ve gotten out of the car and can hear you.

I wish I never brought my truck here. There are a bunch of dudes just standing around not doing anything. I waited for the truck for a long time for them just to install one tire. They are too busy chatting a listening to music. Maybe they should hire more responsible adults to work here. I also made an appointment one week in advance just to have this done. What’s the point of making an appointment if you need to wait two hours for some one to install one tire. I’m never coming back to this place if you go to any tire shop they should have this done in less than 30 minutes. This place is a joke stay away from here.

Went in for an oil change. No appointment so it would take about an hour. After an hour and a half I checked to see what's up. He told me there was a car with an appointment that had to go first. During my hour and a half wait they only changed oil on one car that was in the bay when I arrived. And it was gone in less than 5 minutes. I told them to cancel the service and just give me my car. None of them really seemed to care. Now I was at 2 hours. I took it to Jiffy Lube on Sanderson. They had it done in less than ten minutes. Windows cleaned too. EVERYONE at JiffyLube was great.

I was hoping the negative reviews were inaccurate, but after verifying it for myself, I confirm they are spot on. I showed up early to my appointment. The gentleman at the counter just left the counter without acknowledging me, even though I was right in front of him. 10 mins later, I'm still waiting at the counter, along with another customer. We both ended up leaving. Walmart management, if you're reading this, please try to invest a little in staff with good customer service skills.
