I had a great experience here at Gosch Toyota. I was greeted by sales agents Art Ramirez, and he showed me the vehicle I was interested in and walked me through the whole process. It was a great experience and Art made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I would absolutely recommend any one looking to buy a Toyota to go to Gosch Toyota in Hemet.

I love it. Everyone from the sales manager Keith to the parts shop Jonathan! Everyone is so helpful and so nice. I come here a lot for my oil changes, tires, etc. and I have never had an awful experience.

Took my car for recall service. I had an early appointment and was told the car would be ready before the end of the day. No call, so the next morning I called and car was still not ready. Called multiple and no one in that dealer could give me an update. They kept my car for three days, and during the course of three days no one call until the third day with no apology.

I had a great transaction with Victor Contreras with my used 2017 Toyota Tacoma. He helped us take this baby home for a great price. I would highly recommend seeing Victor with your Toyota needs. He’s a great guy who helped us walk out the door happy. Thanks Toyota Gosch.

Yesterday I went with my 86 year old dad to drop off his Toyota Sequoia to have 3 recalls performed on his vehicle. His Service Consultant Ric DeAzevedo is very kind and explained all the repairs in detail. Within 30 minutes he called to let us know that one of the parts needed had not been ordered and they would need to have his car overnight and they would have it ready mid-day on Friday. All the repairs were completed on time and we had the best experience at this Toyota dealership. I highly recommend Ric and Gosch Toyota.

Skyler York is awesome! Has to get my truck towed in cause it wasn’t starting, he made sure it got looked at same day and I was able to bring it back same day. I felt like he actually cared and went out of his way to give us great customer service. Highly recommend Skyler and this Toyota for maintenance!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. Steve from internet sales was on top of it all. He knew what I wanted and wasn’t pushy and gave me the best options. He is amazing at what he does and he went far and beyond to get us what we wanted. Everything was laid on the table and they didn’t try to hide fees or anything. Him and everyone was great and friendly. I really appreciate everything they did for me on getting my new car.

I have been going to this service center for a while and I had Toyota care. There were numerous times that I had to advocate for my car because the individuals there wouldn’t take my word for it. Like one time I brought my car in after stating that battery wasn’t working. And it wasn’t until they had to go turn the car on and saw that the car no longer moved. I had my brakes serviced at 40,000 miles and brakes had not been checked during each visit. Until I had reached 60,000 miles and brakes were at -1. I do not brake hard, I do a lot of driving and cannot believe that Hemet would not check when they did tire rotations. And went to the dealership in Moreno Valley and was shown that Hemet had supposedly talked to me about needing new tires, new brakes but stated that “client had declined.” Which I was never informed about needing those services. So they lied on their report. Because that is false. I was told at Moreno Valley, how close I was to damaging the parts of the brakes. I will not be going back to Hemet for service.

Had an appointment at 1:45. Got there at 1:05 didn’t get checked in for 15min. Took tell 4:55 for My car to get done for an oil change. When my car came out the was a hand print of oil and the door handle and side of the door. I opened the door and they still had the plastic on the seat hanging off the seat. The floor paper still in it. If you value time and your car think twice before taking it there.

So very disappointed with this Toyota service center. My wife had a 8:15 appointment and arrived at 8am. Her service consultant was busy, so one of his coworker was helping her. He did the walk around and took her keys and told her to wait in waiting room. I picked her up after two hours and took her to breakfast. She started getting text messages say we missed our appointment so I called and a lady said not to worry and said maybe service advisor checked her in late. I call back to see if your vehicle was ready and she told me there is no record of our vehicle be here today. Im sorry to say, but we will not be returning to this place. Jesse Garcia was the one that did the walk around and was thought to checking her in. Styler York is super friendly and did apologize for our inconvenience and went to look for our vehicle personnel. I not certain but but I think we also had an issue with Jesse at Gosh Honda. Chris Jones feel free to reach out

As soon as I drove up, Sylvia greeted me right away. Walked me over to Jason. Jason was fast and professional. Jason found a.clip missing. Jacob took my car and fixed it fast. Didn't spend but 5 minutes there. Great service!!!! Note: if I had a mechanic issue I was told 3 hours. Just a FYI if you need service. They have coffee and water in a lounge. The store sells snacks if need it. Personally I would bring drink and food before coming.

I recently had my truck's transmission replaced at Toyota of Hemet and with the help of Tony and his team, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! They were able to diagnosed the issue quickly and kept me informed throughout the repair process. They made getting a rental very easy and the repair was completed on time! I highly recommend Toyota of Hemet service! Thank you guys for such a hassle free experience!

Exceptional Service for My Tacoma! The Toyota Hemet Service Department is fantastic! They serviced and maintained my Tacoma with precision and care, keeping me informed every step of the way. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and honest—no pressure for unnecessary work. My truck runs like new, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. I’ll definitely return for all my maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

This is in continuation from my earlier post. Now that we took it to a reputable mechanic come to find out the alternator was shot! Metal shaving was literally coming off as the car was on. You’re telling me this is something the service department didn’t notice? After charging us $150 for a test that obviously wasn’t performed. Until today we still haven’t got a call back. Miguel Navarro and Skylar were useless. I would definitely go somewhere else before coming to this service department! Huge Rip Off

Had one decent experience here, and when I returned for service it took over 3 hours for them to do my oil change when I had an appointment and told them I would be waiting for my vehicle. 2 hours in I went to check with my advisor and he said he would go check and came back to say it would be another 20-30 minutes. 30 minutes later he was still "building my estimate". Update: they also unplugged my dash cam and didn't even reset the service light. Feeling pretty sketched out about this experience now.

We brought our brand new 2025 Camry in for its 5k service + oil change this week and are super disappointed with the service we were provided. We are certain my tires were not rotated as the wheel lock key in the cupholder was untouched and the tire pressures were not corrected (all varying PSI when I brought it in). Makes me wonder if an oil/filter change was even done. The issue is that you can’t prove the tires were rotated and I can’t prove that they weren’t rotated so it’ll just be left for the 10k service interval I guess. Additionally, the inspection paper incorrectly marks the battery intake filter as not applicable even though the car is a hybrid. The tire pressures were also incorrectly marked as 36 PSI (again, they were all varying pressures). If small details like these are missed, I can only imagine how this shop is run. Learned my lesson. I’ll have to mark oil filters and tire positions in the future if I’m taking it to a stealership. Instead of going back, I’ll try my luck at Temecula instead until the ToyotaCare is used up.

I would give Toyota of Hemet a 0/5 stars if I could. The customer service here has been horrible. I brought my new vehicle in for repairs in June of 2025 (my vehicle had less than 300 miles at the time of repairs) and later found out that they documented a 10k service on my vehicle. This prevented me from being able to access the 5k and 10k service that is part of my care package (the care package that is purchased when purchasing a brand new vehicle), so I had to utilize my 15k service when getting my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Claremont. It’s as though I have been robbed of two services due to Toyota of Hemet’s error. I have been in contact with various members from Toyota of Hemet’s service team since last year in hopes of getting the issue resolved, but they have not resolved the issue. I feel like they have been putting me on some sort of run-around since last year. Horrible Customer Service. Absolutely would not recommend.
