Not a very good experience. they quote a total prize for the repair job and had to pay more. Because they order the wrong part. Now how's that my problem. Like four hundred dollars different. That's not right, or acceptable for customers.

Went in for a coolant flush and air to be bled from cooling system only to have truck overheating as soon as I left. Figured out not only did they leave truck sitting in the bay but they never did any work on it. Then they had a tech test drive the vehicle and say everything was fixed.same coolant was left in the truck. Very dissatisfied

Matt at Pep Boys was great. Tried to get help at Les Schwab and the unhelpful girl snapping her gum couldn't even get into their system to write a service ticket. Matt was working bell to bell but was as helpful at 6pm as he had been at 8am. Brake job was done well, coupon savings helpful. Happy to spend my $ here.

This experience has been unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. Despite spending over $2000 in repairs within a 10-week period, I was treated disrespectfully over a matter as minor as four plastic fender clips! I had service rendered for the replacement of two front tires, the rear rotor replaced, and the radiator replaced. The fender clips were missing, causing one fender liner to detach from the vehicle and drag on while I was driving. I noticed the driver's fender wheel liner is also missing the clips. I went to the store to address the issue with Service Manager Rheanna Frey and Matthew R. I was directed to proceed with a formal complaint to headquarters and leave their store! Not only was the workmanship questionable, but the follow-through and accountability were severely lacking.

Got my car serviced there. After the service was done they gave me a sheet that says all my fluids were OK and good. But I dont think they even looked. My radiator fluid reservoir was empty, my brake fluid is at the low line, and my power steering fluid is leaking and at the low line. There's no radiator fluid showing under the radiator cap. And they deemed that "ok". I felt like they just pushed it through and didnt even look. They also said my battery terminals are good, when they have corrosion on them.

Very bad experience with Matt and I believe the other guy name was Joseph. I was given an appointment at 10 o’clock. I showed up and I believe the guy this name is Joseph told me that other cars were ahead of me even though I had an appointment then when I went to ask For about the appointment to Matt he was very unprofessional very rude and told me that I had to Wait and just leave my car there that is very unprofessional and crazy. I did call Corporate and I did file a complaint. I will tell people about your business and will never go to your store again. Your stuff is very rude and professional. I was told to go elsewhere and do business elsewhere and I was giving the keys and he said have a nice day. Customer Service as well I was stressing my concern. They sent me back to the phone queue. Please don’t come here go elsewhere.😗

Dropped off my vehicle for 1 tire replacement on a Friday. Received the text on Sunday that it was complete and ready for pickup. Arrived and was told it wasn't ready, but they said they didn't know what the text was. They said they will try to finish it today. Came back 4 hours later at COB and the vehicle still wasn't complete. It sat for over 2 days completely untouched with 2 false confirmations of the work being completed. Huge waste of my time. Now I have to drive over 900 miles this week on the spare because "they couldn't get to it."

So when they got rid of their parts store, a lot of phone numbers and accounts went with it. Bought a battery from them less than a year ago, they even installed it. Had a 4 year warranty on it. Battery started leaking acid, so when I went back to get it replaced under the warranty, they said they couldn't find me in the system so now I am out $300. Great!

Where do I even begin. Ive been coming here for over 3.5 years taking my fleet vehicle in to get the maintenance done on it. I go to them because of the convenience of how easy it is to get services done. But ive had issues twice where they change my rear tires and at 60mph plus my rear part of my cargo van begins to sway. So immediately I have to slow down or my vehicle feels like its going to spin out of control. If I hit a bump even at a slower speed my whole rear part of my van sways like no one's business. And only happens why I get my tires changed. Last time they said they didnt put enough of the wheel weights or they fell off so thats why the entire drive was thrown off. I drive 300+ miles daily. This time I go because my rear tires got replaced. Same issue. I explain to the young kid at the counter what's going on and instantly says well we installed it correctly nothing with what we did was wrong. I asked him if they can check it out, maybe the weights fell off or alignment was not done correctly. Then says ok let me submit a request to your fleet company if we can work on it. 2 hours later comes up to me and says oh my mechanic that worked on this vehicle said its nothing he did wrong maybe its because of my tools and equipment I have in my cargo. They did not even want to take a look at it. I cant believe them.Such a safety concern and they dont want to recheck there work. Everyone makes mistakes i get it no problem. But its a simple look thru. But If that was the case how come my van didnt sway with the previous tires? Makes no sense. Don't get tires from them, or service for that matter. They leave u stranded.
