paid $585.00 to find out he doesn't know how to get my car to pass emissions, told me to go to Air care Colorado ,which does free evaluations ! worthless,

Receptionist was extremely rude, called just about an inquiry and she was extremely out of context with how she spoke. I wouldn’t go there just for her attitude alone. I can only imagine the mechanics attitude if that’s the kind of service you get with the front. It’s a shame people have such poor, ill manners.

Tim is the best mechanic in town - its only place I haven't felt like I'm being screwed over left and right. Tim is a great guy and extremely knowledgable. Tim has been taking care of my 1991 4runner since it had 60,000 miles and it has 326,000 now and runs extremely well.

Tim and his wife Diana rescued me after I’d spent 3.5 hours on the side of the freeway (epic AAA roadside assistance fail). I finally got towed to a gas station and Diana happened to be there. She overheard the trouble I was having and came over to help. This was 7:30 on a Friday night and I’m pretty sure Diana had better things to do than rescue a stranger. She called Tim and together they solved my issue. After all those hours on the side of I-25, by myself with no food or water in 90+ degree heat and no help, I was a bit of a mess. To encounter two kind, generous, selfless and knowledgeable people at that point was a miracle of sorts. These are good, honest people. I live in Westminster and will be taking my truck to them forever more. Tim knows his stuff. This wasn’t an easy problem to solve and both he and Diana used all the resources they could to solve the problem. I’m certain they’re not the cheapest option, but as far as knowledge and kindness go, they are two in a million. Thank you, Diana and Tim!

This shop will keep your car for years with out doing the work. Oil change brakes and other easy thing that should take an hour or two, might take a month or more here at this shop. Tim and his wife are never there.

Best mechanic I've ever worked with!!!! Extremely thorough and very friendly. I had my car towed to his shop late and he worked on it til it was fixed after hours. Absolute legend. I've never worked with such a detail oriented mechanic. He hunted down the issue that'd been underlying for a year and found it. The other mechanics I'd taken my car to couldn't figure it out or didn't know enough or want to try as hard to solve it- not Tim!! He also explains everything he found, worked on, and recommends for the future and has impressively reasonable prices. Just an all around remarkable experience. I live in Boulder, but I'll be driving an hour back to Fort Collins for any future work I need on my car.

Had an issue with one of our vehicles on a Saturday morning that required a tow. Nearest shop was Tim’s. We had the car towed there unannounced. Tim happened to be in the shop at the time. He was understanding to the situation and assured us he would look at what needed to be done to repair the car. The following Monday we received a reasonable quote for the repairs. Tim and Diana worked very hard to find affordable parts. They inspected the ordered parts for quality upon arrival, and rejected a sub par part, ensuring a quality repair. Tim inspected the vehicle thoroughly and recommended additional maintenance as necessary for a higher mileage car. Tim is a one man show there, and is constantly on the move with one repair or another, so you may need to give him a couple extra days to finish, but you can be sure that the job will be done thoroughly and correctly when you get your car back. Thanks again Tim and Diana for taking on our repairs when we just dropped in on you.

My car died suddenly on the way to work near Tim's shop. I called him early in the morning to see if he could help me. He answered right away. He was helpful, understanding and gracious about my situation. He went above and beyond to get my car working again before my shift ended. Tim was extremely thorough in both his work and his communication. He even followed up with me to ensure I had no further issues. His expertise is clearly the result of many years of experience in the automotive industry. I highly recommend his shop!
