The staff here are all super nice and communicative. I’ve taken my BMW here twice to get work done and they do a wonderful job of being transparent with pricing and the work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend taking your car here, they do a wonderful job! Steve is super helpful and knowledgeable, as well.

John and his team were extremely helpful and reliable. Their customer service was excellent and very professional. I went to almost every place in Fort Collins to get a new drain plug and oil change for my Audi and nobody was able to help or just simply didn’t have the answers. My dealership recommended this place and I’ll can sit here and confidently say, they did not disappoint!! From the lady at the front desk and the mechanics, they gave a sense of hospitality and welcoming. I especially love this place because they’re personable and they were able to take a look at my car even when they were fully booked! That meant a lot to me and it showed how much they not only cared about my car but my time as well. Thank you !!

I took my car to European Motor Cars Inc. for what should have been a straightforward repair, costing me thousands of dollars. Given the high price, I expected my car to come back in better shape. Instead, it’s driving worse than ever. Since the "repair," my dashboard has lit up like a Christmas tree with multiple warning lights, and the overall performance has significantly declined. It’s clear that either the work was poorly executed or they missed some critical issues. I reached out to express my concerns, but the response has been less than reassuring. For the amount I’ve spent, this experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’m left wondering if my car was even properly inspected. I’d strongly advise anyone considering this shop to proceed with caution. I certainly won’t be returning.

Love this place. They've taken care of my 2022 Range Rover Sport SVR UE from the start. They did an awesome job upgrading the pulleys and setting the tune. They are also much better to go to than the dealership for oil changes and items that are outside of warranty. There's not a lot that needs to be said. Just drive by and see the vehicles parked outside. They will take care of you a lot better than most places.

Thank you guys especially Steve and Bill for all your help when my car was stranded in Golden Colorado. You helped me understand the steps needed to get it to your shop. The repair only took two days which is appreciated since this is my only car. You are always kind and professional. My only suggestion would be to maybe offer and uber for customers who have no other way to get home. My previous shop did they when i owned my Chevy Spark. :)

Over inflated repair costs. They quoted me a price for work that did not need to be done. I found this out after getting another diagnostic at a different shop. My six thousand dollar bill reduced to less than one thousand for the repairs that needed to be done. Be mindful of the estimates that this shop obtains. I gave one star review.

Have had half a dozen so called mechanics in the area do their best to destroy my little BMW baby. Listen seriously! I've worked coast to coast and used dealers all over. Bad mistake. Here these guys come along and on less cost than anyone, she's flying again. No one but them is touching this car. To you Beemer owners, you know what I'm saying. These are the guys for real.

Disappointed with my experience. I spent over $1,700 and my vehicle was in the shop for nearly a month. I specifically asked for my old gear shift knob to be returned, but it was thrown away. It may seem like a small request, but it shows a lack of attention and respect for the customer. After such a long wait, I expected at least that level of follow-through.

Brought in a 2013 Volvo s60, it had gone into limp mode basically was driving more than 25 mile per hour. I thought it may have been the ECM going bad. They were booked up the for about 4-5 days when I had initially brought it in. When your the best the cars do line up. They had done an extensive overview, looking at every little bit of detail in that vehicle. When I had got the initial report I was shocked on how through the review was. They found out the engine had 2 quarts of oil over, the coolant in the vehicle was wrong, 68 codes popped up, front strut was broken, no sway bar. In the end I paid 892.00 dollars and the car drives brand new. Thank you, had I taken the advice of jiffy lube they basically told me the car was roasted, ended up putting the wrong coolant in the vehicle and now I’ll be reconsidering my contract with jiffy lube and will be sticking with European motors. Honest, reliable and quick turn around. Every shop I had called I was looking at about 1-2 weeks before they could work on the vehicle and that has been the case for the past few months and that’s everywhere. Oh and they saved me tons of money, quite honestly the initial through review they did was A++. Thanks European automotive!

Had a great experience at European Motor Cars today. My battery died in the midst of a busy day. After getting a jump start they were able to accommodate me right away and get it replaced. I was a little stressed due to the unexpected monkey wrench in my day and they were so helpful and put me at ease. It took less time and was even a bit cheaper than expected.
