I had an issue with my Firman generator, and it was Christmas season. I brought the generator to Tinx mobile repair on 12/23/2023, a Saturday. Tinx mobile repair not only fixed my generator they did it quickly during the Christmas holiday. They completed the repair on 12/26, day after Christmas. They were very professional, friendly, efficient, and fast. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly despite it being over the Christmas holidays. The other repair shop I talked with said they wouldn’t even be able to look at it until next year. Again, thank you very much Tinx mobile repair.

Was quoted one price and invoiced for double the amount without any communication on additional costs. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried their service again and same thing happened after I asked for any additional work to be addressed before the work is preformed. The work was done right and good but the customer service is very poor. Also had to reach out multiple times without any set times or days. Good work but poor customer service.

Call this morning and lucky for me I was able to get same day service. The recoil was repaired and replaced the pull cord. Now I’m able to mow my lawn today.
