I recently visited San Tan Auto Body for advice on how to repair a small area of multi-layer adhesive on the driver side of my truck. Each employee was welcoming, professional, and helpful. Rick looked at my truck in the front parking lot. I showed him a self-adhesive American Flag emblem I had purchased and asked if he thought this would stick on and cover the substance. He took the truck to the back of their shop. He removed the substance and put the emblem on. This was way beyond just the “advice” I was hoping to get. His thoroughness is exceptional and there was no charge! I had also asked for a quote to replace the rear bumper. After researching, he provided a quote and told me the bumper was expensive. He did not want me to pay that much and asked if I would give him additional time to locate a less expensive bumper. This is incredible customer service which is rarely seen!!!! Their customer care exceeds expectations! This is the only body shop I will use and refer to. Thank you, San Tan Auto Body, and thank you Rick!!

My 2014 Sierra had bad paint from the factory that began chipping a few years ago. Unfortunately it wasn't covered by GM so I was on my own to get it fixed. Over time it went from being just a small spot on the door to several different areas around the truck. I ultimately knew my only option would be to have the truck fully repainted. I knew it would be alot of work and I knew it would be pricey but I love my truck and I wanted it done and done right. I came to San Tan Auto Body from a referral given to me by my dealer, when I initially called I spoke to Tony who took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. Immediately I had the feeling like my truck would be in good hands and they knew what they were doing. I then met Rick who went over the truck with me and made sure I understood what I was in for. I knew what I was asking for was no small task, but I was willing to pay the $$$ to a reputable shop who stood by their work. I decided to pull the trigger and now that I have my truck back I can happily say San Tan Auto Body is that shop. I even called the day after I picked the truck up to see about having a badge adjusted on my tailgate and without hesitation they told me to bring it back in. They took it in immediately and within 15 minutes I was on my way again. My truck looks like its brand new and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

My experience with San Tan Auto body more than exceeded my expectations! I obtained estimates from three different body shops to repair the front end damage on my Lincoln Mark LT crew cab. San Tan Auto Body had the highest quote by a significant amount. Despite that, I still chose San Tan Auto Body because of their professionalism, detailed explanation I received from Rich about the plan and options for the repairs that I had not received from the other two body shops. They showed me that apples to apples- you do get what you pay for. All repairs and paint were completed in 4 days, with constant updates from Rich during that time. I highly recommend San Tan Auto Body because of the quality of work and attention to detail. Both Rich and Tony are Top notch guys! As I arrived to pick up my truck, they both were running around my truck with their microfiber rags and polishing to perfection. They went above and beyond at every step and I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

These guys are super helpful and very kind. The insurance totaled out my car, bought it back salvaged, repaired the 3 components that were broken but mechanics wouldn’t put my bumper back on due to one small dent in the frame/body. Brought the car to them and they rebooked my bumper at not charge. The owner even gave me financial advice (caliber collision tried to charge me for something the insurance paid for) and ended up saving me a couple hundred. Highly recommend them!

Great turnaround time on my RAM truck I dragged down a wooden post. Really clear communication and they have drop off and pickup from Enterprise rental cars at their location. They did really clean work on my rocker panel I wrinkled under each passenger door front and rear. All the lines and everything matched up. Clean white paint job done withno weird overspray or anything. Really happy I went with this place after battling a chain style bigger shop brand I went with thru insurance years and years ago.

First time customer here, late post.. My wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee was involved in a minor side swipe and needed some light bodywork/trim/paint work done, I found San Tan Auto Body after thoroughly searching the area and reading the reviews. Let me just say, they did not disappoint. The entire process was smooth and Jake provided great communication with regular follow-ups which was much appreciated especially around the holidays. Everything with insurance and supplements was handled without headache. The vehicle honestly looks brand new. They even took the time to wash and detail inside/outside.
