Our car was fixed efficiently they even went above and beyond to fix a lot of the paint chipping up front of our vehicle from rocks hitting it from the Arizona freeways! My experience here was absolutely amazing, very quick and great customer service here! The front desk woman I didn't catch her name unfortunately but she was very nice and easy to communicate with. Steven Littleton was the main guy i talked to my entire visit and he was absolutely phenomenal. I was a newbie to this kinda stuff when i came in but he got my estimate and helped me out a bunch, sped up my repairs to help with my work schedule and everything. Super great team here, i would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Very disappointed on the work they did to my vehicle. They had it a month and never bothered them about hurrryjng up. Yet bolts were missing on my fender to firewall as well as loose hardware scattered next to windshield wipers. My hood was loose and my grill was installed too low where it didn’t align with my lights. Oil cooler lines were loose where if I hadn’t pressed them in the radiator they would have leaked. A bracket fell off in my drive way where it attached a harness to the frame. Took it back and still had problems with the suspension where I’d hear a clunking sound. I requested another Gerber on Sossoman and after them having my vehicle for a week I called them to find out parts were on order. That was roughly two months ago. Now we are waiting for a call and still hearing something loose under the front end. Don’t bother with these large chains take it to locally owned. They seemed to try harder

I was in an accident, and I took my 4Runner to this place. From the beginning they (Whitney) were nice and explained everything and the process. When I was able to drop off my car for the repairs, I was advised 10 business days. It only took about 8 for it to be finished. I received a call every couple of days letting me know of the progress and just an overall update. I was so thankful for the calls as it set my mind at ease. When I finally got the call, it was ready to go, I was so excited. I finally got my 4Runner back! I did notice the steering was off, so I took it back and they immediately sprang into action and got the alignment corrected. No questions asked! Upon final approval, Whitney took me for a drive around the block just to make sure I was happy. Overall, totally cool place and I was treated with tons of respect.

Had a hit and run incident with my vehicle where somebody backed into it while it was parked and they took off. I took it to a few shops and Gerber was the easiest & quickest to work with. Also gave an affordable price. They regularly called with updates and had the car fixed in 1.5 weeks. Another place said it was going to take 2 months. Definitely would recommend coming here. Needed to get the front bumper replaced on our Highlander as it was damaged in a parking lot; no witnesses, and no note from driver who hit my vehicle, so I went through my insurance company. I was referred to this center by my insurance company. The staff was friendly, and professional. I came in on a Tuesday for the initial inspection. After the inspection, I was told that they would need to order the part and it would arrive approximately by either Thursday or Friday. It was also explained, at that time, exactly what would be done, an estimated time of completion, and I was given a written quote. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment for a week later (this also would allow any extra time if there were any shipping issues). I arrived the following Tuesday and dropped off the Highlander. Again, I was given an estimated time of 2-3 days to complete the repair. I was kept informed of the repair progress by text. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call the next afternoon informing me that the repairs were completed as well as the sensors were readjusted. Outstanding customer service and professional work. They guarantee their work for the life of you owning your vehicle. Placing photos of the before and after images of the damage and repair.

Unfortunately I hit a metal chair on the 202 and it completely perforated the underneath of my car. I took a leave at work for PTSD treatment and of course that happened as I’m going through an extremely difficult time. However, Steve at Gerber Collision made the process so extremely seamless for me. I know having USAA insurance helps as they are always great my rep this time was not the best- but Steve and the team made the not so ideal situation; better. So thank you to the team there, you guys have been absolutely amazing. You never know what someone is going through. So making this type of thing seamless for someone, is a big deal. He was so polite, communicative, and made my car look as good as new. I was honestly so happy I almost cried.
