I usually do all my own work on all my vehicles, but I came across something I couldn’t fix on my own, so I had to pay to get it done. But I am more than happy with the results. And grateful I have my truck again so I can continue to make a living. They did a good job. But most of all! They didn’t try to sell me on other work, which I appreciate, cause my truck is a piece. They did the job I asked and did it right. And it’s warranty. I RECOMMEND THIS MECHANIC. Which is saying a lot cause I hate most mechanics

This place is incredible! Just moved to the STV area and there were so many auto shops in this area of Queen Creek and I’m glad that I chose to bring my car here. I wasn’t able to get under my car to work on some obscure damage from a recent storm. Because it was obscure I wasn’t certain if they would work on it but to my surprise when I came to pick the car up not only did they fix it but did it at no cost at all. I will come back here for maintenance again!

My wife's 2022 Honda Insight gave the info that it is time for B2 service. B2 service requires oil and filter change, tire rotation and the inspection of several other components. We scheduled the service and dropped the car off before the scheduled time. The work was completed within an hour! I asked if they could provide similar services on my 2018 Ford Flex today. The manager said yes, but it would not be ready until mid-afternoon. That worked for me. Both cars were completed as scheduled. Their pricing is fair. We recommend Sun Devil Auto Service.

Great place. Service was good. However, check lugs on your wheels. Left side shook all the way home and I go and inspect and sure enough, all lugs not even finger tight. I thought I was going to break down not know what was happening. Tightened em up and all is good now.

Very reasonably priced for 6 quarts of synthetic oil. The time estimate for their services was 1 hour. My vehicle was ready in 45 minutes. Clean comfortable waiting room and very clean restrooms. I will be returning here for all my auto service needs.

I was quoted $600 to replace an air intake filter hose, online the part is $45-$150 and it should be less than a hour of Labor. I took it to Christian Brothers automotive 2 minutes down the road and they said they would do it for $250. I highly recommend Christ brothers automotive.

My husband blew 2 tires, we called the shop and they quoted us a price for the tires we agreed to buy the tires. Upon arriving we realized we would need them to put the tires on for us, they told us it would be an extra $50 to put the tires on plus the cost for the tire. We had our car towed there to have the work done. First they said they’d call us to let us know when it was done, which they never did. We came by to see if it was done and it was sitting outside but no call so we have no idea how long it was done. We get the bill and they charged us an extra almost $200 for an alignment. No one called and asked us if we approved of that service, they just did it and expected us to pay that. If it was necessary to do the alignment they should have gotten our approval prior to doing it. If we would have known it would be almost $500 for 2 tires we would have gone somewhere else. I am beyond upset and feel taken advantage of. We will never take our car back there.

$200 an hour mechanic labour fee. And then they charge you for 5 hours and car only there for 2 hours. Paid 2600 for motor mounts and they don't work. Car still shakes. The manager refused to take responsibility. Do not use this auto place. Outrageous fees. Extremely bad work. Called to complain after car still shaking and manager refused to do anything

Been going to them for a few years now. I have a tool box full of tools. Never had a problem. As petty as it sounds I had some tie down straps for my quad that came up missing. I call and reported it and ask for a returning call from Alex the owner. Never did hear back I assume he didn’t want to waste his time defending one of his technician. It’s ashame how a petty theft cost him My business.. And I also was advised of repairs that were not necessary. Good bye

Customer service person James was very good! He got me a ride home with Uber Brian who was also very good! I brought my car in to repair the fan - A/C and heat worked ok but fan had issues coming on. James called to quote me a price on that and said my brakes were also bad. When repairs were completed, I was able to pay by text and picked up car after closing when I had a ride back. I had gotten an oil change and tire rotation. The Service Manager James was really accommodating and very caring about my vehicle. He gave me a report on my vehicle to see what is needed to be done. I'm sorry I don't know the service technicians name that worked on my vehicle but got it in and out at about 45 minutes. They were great!!!
