Staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The owner/manager was able to get me in super quick after telling him the problem my truck was having and having my family in the truck I needed some service done immediately. They quickly identified the problem and got me back on the road in less than an hour. This is now my tire shop to go to and definitely recommend coming here before taking your vehicle to the dealership and save yourself hours or even days to get your stuff fixed as far as alignments or tire issues.

I really like this store, they are really good about honoring appointments, at other stores they do not and I have waited for more than 4 and half hours after arriving early and making an appointment days earlier! I understand that sometimes things happen that can not be helped, but that is not an every day occurrence!! It should not happen every time!! That does not at this store, waits are minimal.

The general manager at this shop is very considerate and patient. He cares about customer satisfaction. He went the extra mile and filled up my tires with air which was very thoughtful, observant, and kind. I actually felt much safer and cared about after my visit. The front desk lady answered my phone call very professionally, was knowledgeable, super helpful, and even enthusiastic! I felt confident I would be in good hands and very welcome because of that initial contact. My appointment was able to be made so quickly. They are able to get your car looked at within a very reasonable amount of time after dropping off. I highly recommend them and especially because they are open everyday!

Could not fix my oil leak after 2 visits. Christian Brothers found that this Firestone installed my oil pan incorrectly and left multiple bolts unfastened leading to more oil leaks. They also found an oil leak that Firestone missed on my crankshaft gasket above the oil pan. Overall Firestone absolutely failed me here and wasted my money. The people at Christian Brothers are far more professional, and way more knowledgeable. Save yourself the money and time and go there. Christian Brothers didn't even need to dye my oil to find the problem.

New tires and oil change. Tire service was fast and efficient. One tire immediately had a slow leak. Returned to the shop and because I didn't buy the road hazard warranty they told me it would probably cost me. The mechanic fixed it and said the valve stem just wasn't tightened all the way. It was quick to fix, so no charge. Also, during the inspection, they said the serpentine belt needed replacing and it would cost about $200. Picture showed it was very worn. I declined service, bought a belt for $30 and opted to do the service myself. My belt was perfect. No wear at all, so I'm not sure what picture they showed me. Oily hand prints were left on the hood and doors. Great tires though!

Here is my situation. Hunt hwy store I go to get an alignment on January 16th. Before my keys are handed to them I let them know I would like the spec sheet when they are done. The alignment is finished and they said the spec sheet is emailed. I said no I want to see either a picture or a print out. I’ve gotten the email before and it does not show the spec sheet. The front desk guy said it’s on the tablet. He checks the tablet and the picture was not taken. So I told them you’re expecting me to pay you 150$ for an alignment that you can’t show me what was adjusted for all I know it’s not correctly aligned. So I asked am I correctly aligned and are all 4 tires in the green zone with the toe and camber. Front desk gentleman said yes. So I said you’re going to have me pay for a service that I assume is correct and just carry on with my day and hope my tires are aligned correctly. They said yes 1 hour later I questioned if the alignment was done correct so I called the Ellsworth store. To have them double check the alignment specs without working on the vehicle I just wanted the spec sheet. Ellsworth store put truck up then down and got me out within a 1 hour. Great thank you so much! Guess what the spec sheet showed I was out of alignment and my toe on the front tire was completely off. So after 3 phone calls to corporate to try to speak to Thomas the main manager. I called up the hunt highway store and spoke to Ryan. The manager. I spoke to Ryan mind you on a recorded line. He constantly spoke over me. And threatened to keep hanging up on me accusing me of not listening. When I calmly asked if you feel like I’m not listening help me understand. Then Ryan on the phone call said I’m going to call the second store you went to “ to see if you actually went there”. Assuming I’m lying? So we have a 3 way phone call and the second store confirmed the alignment was not correct. Ryan says we’ll come back to hunt hwy and we will fix your truck with the lead mechanic. I said how can I trust your store. My main issue is I was lied to and second Ryan claimed the person that lied to me left early for the day. Ryan says just come back and we will fix it. I showed up to hunt hwy and guess what the person that lied to me was still at the counter. I called hunt hwy and told them cancel everything I’m done. Because the person that lied to me was still there. And the person that lied to me answered the phone and clarified no it was the mechanic that worked on your truck that left for the day. What the person at the counter said is he originally asked the mechanic if all was in green originally and the mechanic said yes so he was going from word of mouth and did not visually see the results. I said ok I understand. So I got my alignment done at that moment and it was very good with the lead mechanic which that one person at that location was phenomenal. Ryan the manager discounted me 30$ for my 5 hours of headache. 3 trips to the store. 3 corporate phone calls later. While I was taking care of my 2 yr old son. With no nap by the way because of this. So in summary I don’t feel 30$ discount is fair due to an alignment done wrong, lied to, and not given the spec sheet like I asked. Kudos Hunt hwy Lead mechanic at hunt hwy amazing Don desk guy real nice guy Ryan through all of the headache. Your communication skills lack but I can tell you really were just frustrated about the mess up at the end of the day. And you just wanted to figure this out. Cons Ryan manager don’t tell a customer your going to hang up because you think someone is not listening. And second don’t say to me I’m going to call the other store to see if you actually went. Which is accusing me of lying. The mechanic that did my original alignment if someone asks for a spec sheet make sure it’s done. Because why would any customer pay money to a business without proof of what was fixed. I wouldn’t go to an emergency room with a broken ankle and not see my xray. And just assume I’m taking your word that my ankle is broken. Same thing.

I was referred to this Firestone location when I needed to order rims for my my new pickup, which I had just purchased used from a local dealership. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and worked with me to get a great price. When it came time for installation, they did an excellent job. They showed me the rims first to confirm they were exactly what I wanted, then carefully moved my tires over, including the sensors. They also pointed out that one of my tires will need replacement soon, which I appreciated. Overall, I liked their professional approach, friendly service, and no-pressure environment. I’ll definitely continue doing business with them and would gladly recommend this shop to others.
