My name is Ruby Wright. My husband was involved in a car accident on February lst, 2024. We decided to take our car to get an estimate to get it fixed. We decided to go to Classic Collision to get an estimate of the damage to the car. We talked to Dante Overstreet Service Advisor, and he told my husband to leave the car and return in 30 minutes. We returned after 30 minutes and was told he could fix the car. Also, we were given an estimate and would receive a phone call if it changed. We were told the car would be done in 14 days, which was February 14th. Dante called on the 12th and said the car was ready to be picked up. Dante and his staff had our car repaired three days early. We got there and couldn't believe our eyes, Dante, and his staff had done an excellent job with the repairs on our car. Looking at our car, it appeared to have never been in an accident. Classic Collision offers quality service with integrity and HONESTY. These guys are great, and his staff that greet you are kind, understanding, and ready to take care of you. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I took my car in to get it evaluated after I was rear ended. Before I even get to how bad they left my car let me say that their customer service is terrible. I never once got a call about the status of my car I actually had to reach out every time even though they all kept saying someone would get in touch, and even after talking to the manager he couldn’t give me any answers. Now to my car, it had damage from the accident but both of my rear lights worked and it was dented (will post pictures of before pickup and after). After receiving my car the rear lights didn’t work and it looks like a toddler put it back together. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!! (first 2 pictures are car before, last 3 pictures are after pickup)

I don't like writing bad reviews on local businesses but I have had multiple cars here, the most recent was last summer when I was hit on my front end from someone trying to merge without looking. I had my Camry in there and when I accepted I should've taken a closer look because they did a horrible job. The front bumper was slapped on there without alignment, the front headlight isn't the same, shines differently and has a giant gap between the hood, and the lines are all messed up. They definitely cut corners. They were decently friendly, but the girl working the front was more worried about lunch than anything else the two times I went in. Again, I hate complaining about this stuff but I have to look at this misaligned front end everyday. I know it's just another cheap insurance job from them, but it really stinks to have a nice car with this lingering over it. It took me a while to write this review but it really irritates me they tried to pass this off like this.

Paint Quality is horrible with all kinds of Dirt in the paint plus it doesn't match very well. They painted the whole driver's side, and they left all kinds of tape and residue by both bumpers ft and back along with tape around head light and tail light. So I had to reschedule to have it fixed & cleaned up the tape. So when dropping off for next appointment. I pointed out that the NEW door molding for driver's side keeps popping up. (They broke the original taking it off) He replied I'll get you a new one. They buffed it out ,dirt still in the paint BOB tried telling my those are rock chips. So if you think those are chips why didn't you prep it properly for paint. (Like a little more sanding or spot filler so your work doesn't look shitty) BOB says it looks good enough and not going to repaint. Plus right behind the gas door has a small ding that never got fixed during the first visit So picking up the van I get there and there is so many swirl marks & tape still around lights and bumpers, go to get in after arguing with BOB notice that the molding is sticking up. He went and got the manager and said we'll reschedule and get a new molding and have a dent specialist take out the dent. Well I had to reschedule because I was sick so a few weeks later when the molding going down the door fell off in my driveway so I just drove over to the body shop and showed him. I told Bob that I had it looked at from a different body shop and they agreed it was not a good job even leaving tape and residue and WHY would someone paint over dirt & chips.

My 2018 Ford Flex was rear ended in late October 2014. There were multiple insurance companies involved and they coordinated with these. They provided an estimate which was very close to the final bill. My car was repaired within their estimated time frame. The repair looks great. Very importantly l, Classic Collision kept me up-to-date on the progress via email, text, and phone calls. I recommend Classis Collision.

Classic Collision was one of the body shops covered under our insurance. Communication is horrendous. They never once called us, we always had to call them to check on the status. They held our car for 3 business days, plus a weekend without ever receiving parts after they told us they'd have it done by Friday (we dropped it off monday evening). If you dont have rental coverage through your insurance be prepared to spend an arm and a leg to get a rental you dont even need while your car is sitting there not being worked on. The drop off process is a silly. You can't leave your car on their property without checking it in. Unless of course its after hours, then you can just drop it and go. Makes no sense.

This place was so great! The staff was very friendly and informative. They kept in touch with me almost every day to let me know the progress of my repair. Imagine my surprise when they were done a week early! My door didn't need to be replaced (like my fender) but it needed to be repaired. They even buffed out a dent in the door that I had from something else. I highly recommend this place!

Front office staff were pleasant and easy to work with on scheduling, etc. It took several visits to complete the repair correctly, I think this could have been avoided by correctly working the issue to begin with. Follow-up from advisor was lacking, all calls for updates and scheduling follow-up visits were initiated by myself. It took a couple of months to finally get the repair adequately completed, still get a abnormal amount of wind noise however, I guess it is what it is.

I had an outstanding experience with Classic Collision! From start to finish, they were extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind during the process. The office staff is absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and truly a pleasure to work with. My car was only three weeks old when it was hit, and I was honestly worried it would never look the same again. I was anxious that it wouldn’t look brand new when I picked it up… but wow, they completely exceeded my expectations. The repair work looks brand new—I mean it literally looked like a brand new vehicle when I saw it. You would never even know anything happened! I have had good experiences with this location a few times. But this time, it was terrible. The lady checking the car in wasn’t listening that Pam had the information. Then, she told Joe (the GM) I was being rude. ( I wasn’t, I was explaining Pam has all the info) So he came over with an attitude. So I responded in kind. He didn’t want to listen, even denied fixing the car wrong last time. He refused to Look at the car and repair as a warranty. They put the wrong light in. He said “Pam is my employee and does what I say”. All he had to do was pull the quote from State Farm (that Pam had) and he refused to. It couldn’t have been easier to check the car in. His boss called me to see what happened. His boss asked me to take the car to another location. Classic Collision has been a good company to me and my family over the years, when we needed them. Today, I called to get the information Pam had, Joe answered and proceeded to yell at me, told me he didn’t know who his boss was (when I referenced his boss), and that he isn’t going to allow me to talk to anyone about my car. I matched his short man energy the other day, today I said “ok buddy”, hung up the phone and laughed and called his boss back who said “what did he do now?”. Joe is angry. I worry about his employees treatment, and now I have to wonder what he will do since he has all my personal information, cause he is MAD because he didn’t want to take the time to do his job properly, and he got called out for it. It’s sad when one employee ruins the name and reputation of a company. (Pic is the picture of the headlights Joe said they didn’t do wrong). You decide.

My car was hit while parked. I brought the car here to get fixed after jumping through a bunch of hoops they could finally start working on it there were several problems that made it take longer. Getting approval from insurance, waiting for parts, redoing work because it didn’t turn out right. I also had brand new headlights, one was damaged and they were going to replace it with a used one. Any way after all that we got the car back. We had to take the car back again to have something done. And now its been about a 2 years and the new bumper they put on and painted is flaking apart. I don’t think they primed it or did any kind of prep. It looks so bad! Also be careful with reviews they told me when I picked up the car to only post a 5 star and if they didn’t earn a 5 star to not leave a review!

Brought my car here when a tree landed on it. They fixed the dents and were able to match a really difficult custom color for me. Owner is a really good guy. Staff is super nice and professional. The experience was great from start to finish. The rental car company picked me up within minutes & I was able to leave the rental with them when everything was completed.
