Queen Creek Auto is the best shop in the southeast valley. Amado goes above and beyond to make sure our cars are running 100% at all times. I just had my Cadillac repaired at Queen Creek Auto and they did a great job. Went over repairs with me and got my approval before the work was done. They had to order a part, it was delivered the next day and my car was done before closing the same day. Thank you guys the car is running great!!

Due to recent events I have been let go. Due to a history in health care I decided to search for a new job farther from my home at a hospital. My wife took the car in to get a checkup while I was beginning the hiring process, when she received a call from the manager she was given two options 300 dollars for the essentials or 1400 for the works she informed them that we only needed the essentials and we were told it would be a few days due to short staffing. When she went to pick up the vehicle they informed her that they had gone ahead and done the works and that it would be 1400 dollars, apparently they do not record phone calls (which they do make binding monetary contracts over) and they refused the keys to the vehicle until the monetary demands were met. She called me crying to inform me that they had not listened to her and we would be having to pay nearly four times what they had told us. I am livid. The manager told my wife to leave because her crying was upsetting other customers and I called to ask why they were charging 1400 when the agreed upon amount was 300. The manager told me he was not to blame and that due to lack of communication, (communication that I was in the car for. Driving while it was being had and yes the amount was most definitely 300) he was not able to pull off any money on labor and could only pull it down to 900 which is three times what it should’ve been. I am disgusted. If you have binding monetary contract through your phones you need to keep a recording. I cannot recommend a place where they can simply do whatever they would like and hold your car lien while you have to make up the difference in money. Disgusted
