I just had my Cadillac repaired at Queen Creek Auto and they did a great job. Went over repairs with me and got my approval before the work was done. They had to order a part, it was delivered the next day and my car was done before closing the same day. Thank you guys the car is running great!!

Due to recent events I have been let go. Due to a history in health care I decided to search for a new job farther from my home at a hospital. My wife took the car in to get a checkup while I was beginning the hiring process, when she received a call from the manager she was given two options 300 dollars for the essentials or 1400 for the works she informed them that we only needed the essentials and we were told it would be a few days due to short staffing. When she went to pick up the vehicle they informed her that they had gone ahead and done the works and that it would be 1400 dollars, apparently they do not record phone calls (which they do make binding monetary contracts over) and they refused the keys to the vehicle until the monetary demands were met. She called me crying to inform me that they had not listened to her and we would be having to pay nearly four times what they had told us. I am livid. The manager told my wife to leave because her crying was upsetting other customers and I called to ask why they were charging 1400 when the agreed upon amount was 300. The manager told me he was not to blame and that due to lack of communication, (communication that I was in the car for. Driving while it was being had and yes the amount was most definitely 300) he was not able to pull off any money on labor and could only pull it down to 900 which is three times what it should’ve been. I am disgusted. If you have binding monetary contract through your phones you need to keep a recording. I cannot recommend a place where they can simply do whatever they would like and hold your car lien while you have to make up the difference in money. Disgusted

I took my vehicle in to have its acceleration problem diagnosed. The other place I went had told me that I needed an entirely new transmission. Queen Creek Auto could have said the same thing but instead told me that I only needed a couple of solenoids replaced. They only needed my car for a day. It has been a week now since the repairs and everything seems to be working normally. I am happy that the pricing was reasonable and that they were honest about what the problem actually was. Spent $1K for a water pump on my ram 1500 for it to only last 14 months. They were willing to replace the pump under warranty but wanted another $375 labor to do it. Feels like a scam to use parts that don’t last to keep charging labor and very year to replace. So dissatisfying and a huge letdown!!!

Went here because someone recommended it and the reviews seemed okay. They switched my battery twice, fixed my alternator and my car still was dying on me. I decided to take it to a different mechanic and had to get it towed there. The man towing my car took a look and said that the battery was not connected right and the alternator was also not connected correctly. He said it seems like it was done on purpose. They new mechanic also said the same thing and got my car running in under 2 hours and I haven't had a problem since. Not sure why this happened I heard good things but unfortunately I felt like I got taken advantage of.

They prepicked up my car parts before I arrived Monday morning and completed the replacement with in an hour or two. They remember which car was mine upon pick up. TLDR-never take your car here if you want your car to work ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!!! I went last year to replace my clutch. I was not in the state and my family met with them. What I did not know at the time was my master slave cylinder was also out. Instead of checking anything else in the transmission they SHAVED my input shaft to make it work(disclaimer. Discontinued car with very little aftermarket support) due to them not finding a replacement. 5 websites and 20 minutes later proved they were too lazy to even look for it. I went back less than 6 months later because my clutch was going out again. I brought it back and they did against my wishes and never checked the transmission. Now my car is at a different mechanic and they have to fix everything that Queen Creek Automotive messed up in the first place. NEVER GO HERE EVER!
