I purchased a used car and set up an appointment to have the oil changed and to ask them to look it over in case I missed something. Or, to be more accurate, look it over first and if the block is cracked or something, don’t change the oil, I’ll bring the car back. A couple of hours later I got a clean bill of health and an oil change. This is a used car and I don’t expect on their work alone that the car will last to infinity, I am a realist and I know Shit happens. But the staff is always professional and courteous which is why I’ve brought all my cars here for the last eight years. Should you need a car serviced, I highly recommend these folks!

I was calling around on a Saturday after getting new wheels and tires on my vehicle. Jeff at this shop was the only one willing to work me in for a 4-wheel alignment the same day. They got the car in quick, took care of the alignment, verified that the car was driving as needed, and the tech even CLEANED the tire grease off my new wheels (from the install at a different shop). This place rocks. My truck was recently brought to OOROO automotive for a simple alignment check. They quoted me $3200 for my front upper/lower control arms to be replaced. I can do that work myself and get the parts off of rock auto. However, my truck only has 25k miles so I was skeptical. I brought my truck to network and explained the situation to them. They happily and quite easily did the alignment and even brought me into the bay to show that my upper/lower control arms were fine. After a brief hour waiting for the alignment, I paid the very acceptable alignment price and drove away with no issue. I highly recommend Network Automotive. Very kind staff and the mechanic was willing to take 2 minutes to show me that everything was fine. I can't ask for much more than that Thank you network automotive

I am new to Network, my good friend at work referred me after he got an alignment done. I Went there today, I recently purchased new tires and wanted an alignment done myself. I made an appointment, they got me right in at my scheduled time. Nice and friendly staff, while my truck was in work and up on the lift they looked at my mileage asked if I wanted the break fluid drained and filled. I knew it was definitely passed due for this so I was thankful for the reminder and had it added on. All work was done professionally and in a timely matter, at a good rate. My truck drives wonderfully and I have peace of mind that my break fluid is refreshed and new tires will last even longer thanks to the alignment. Thanks Network, I’ll be back again when I need you!

just had timing belt including water pump replaced 8 months ago 2 year work warranty now crankshaft seal leaking oil n wants to replace it for $2K. proactive should have been replace during initial timing belt repair so this issue would not been an issue now. service advisor did even offer anything to at least be fair to get it fix. ? customer service approach.

This used to be my favorite and most recommended place. I no longer consider them reputable based on my last 2 interactions; a poor a/c repair on a truck at the mesa location and most recently they just gave up diagnosing a repair on my car. "We hear it on the ground but cant duplicate the sound on the lift so do you just want to come pick it up?" Sad really. They used to be SO good.
