There is a very good reason why every review on here has 5 stars. I had tires installed by another establishment and suspected the balance was off. Called MTI and they showed up at my place and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Prices are competitive. In fact, considering that they come to you, I honestly think they could charge a little more for the convenience factor. Another positive note on using MTI, when they come to you, you know they're focused on you and no one else but you, and they answer questions and provide solutions. How many times have you gone to a tire shop and handed your keys over to the salesman and sit there waiting and not knowing who's ahead of you, behind you, and in general what they're doing with your vehicle when it's not in your sight. Can’t say enough good things about this business. After a tire fiasco early in the morning. I had a flat and didn’t have my tire key. I had called multiple mobile tire repair Companies and no one was able to help me. Renee arrived within the hour and had me back on the road within 15 minutes. I had an amazing experience with these gentlemen. They were readily available and great with communication. I had to get a run-flat on my BMW replaced along with a standard for my Honda and they made it happen right away and replaced both in a very timely manner in the comfort of my driveway. I just had my Mercedes wheels installed by a gentlemen named Rick. He was very thorough, very deligent and showed up to my house on time. He installed my wheels far quicker than other autorepair shop and only for $160 seems far to generous compared to other tire installation companies. After the work was done Rick even test drove the vehicle to check if everything was installed properly, this company has done better work in my eyes than most places would care to and I will gladly be using their services again.
