Terrible place for alignments. Have taken 2 cars for alignments there this spring and have had to have both of them realigned at other shops. One was handling so dangerously on cross country drive had to stop to get it aligned at another Firestone. Much better. Also they will explain that certain areas aren’t adjustable on both cars. Funny how other shops can adjust them and get them in spec. Not worth going here with Firestone lifetime alignment. Having to pay another shop to get another alignment

This is a great place to get your car looked at. They are honest, quick and helpful. They can't always get to the absolute bottom of your problem (due to needing to remove pieces of your car which they're not authorized to do) but they are very fairly priced and kind. Someone always answers the phone, our cars are in quick and we love to go here before making the trek to the dealership.

Nice workers but they obviously don't know much about cars. I didn't want to be mean and call them out on some of the stuff they were saying. They did a very poor alignment job on my car. They had it for 3 hrs and I brought it back because it seemed like nothing was done at all. In the end I just gave up and left. Should've asked for a refund. I went to a different place next day to get my alignment done right.

The team here is helpful and friendly. They take time to explain issues on your vehicle and what fixing them actually does to help instead of just saying it's broken you need to fix it. Would definitely recommend these guys for your vehicle needs

I took my Jeep Gladiator that has a lift for a rotation and alignment. First week all fine, now I have a death wobble. They won’t fix it and deny it was them. If they don’t have mechanics that know this type of work, they should be honest with the customer. Now I have a major and dangerous issue to deal with.

So my brother took his car in to get his starter fixed and left for another issue. They broke the knock sensor and tried to just skate past it. I'm confident it was an accident but they are still at fault because they broke it and didn't say anything. We know they broke it because to get to the starter you have to go under the car RIGHT WHERE THE KNOCK SENSOR IS I understand accidents happen but they didn't say anything or bother to fix it. But when we took it back and told them they said " well we'll have to charge you a diagnostic fee and we can't look at it for over a week because the person who does it won't be in for over a week and it'll cost x amount to fix it" So you have no one to look at for a week? You're going to charge us to look at something YOU broke (Which it took a mobile mechanic 3 seconds to get under the car and see it so over $150 for 3 seconds???) , and charge us to get something fixed that YOU broke?? Makes no sense. I've never been to a repair shop ESPECIALLY a chain shop and they couldn't do it bc 1 person won't be there. I highly recommend you not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of. They used to be so nice years ago but now they changed for the worse.

This shop is fabulous. The appointments are easy to make and quick in and out. The app and site are very usable. Nick was great, he was very patient to explain everything and listen to all the concerns and provided only needed future recommendations. I feel it’s much better to get here than the dealership unless the vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty.

Perfection is hard to achieve but this store was very close. I did have to wait a few minutes while the techs finished up with other customers. Once greeted, the process was impressive. I purchased their life-time alignment service. They got my wheel alignment done quicker than I anticipated and I will look forward to going back on my next oil change to have wheels aligned at no charge,
