Took my rzr in to get my front differential rebuilt. There was a small issue BUT the owner and I assume the person he has managing the location jumped right on it. They made it right immediately. I could not be happier. It's hard these days to find a company who actually cares about their customers. Because of the interaction I have had they have earned my business for life. How they handled the situation was beyond anything I expected and for that I will continue to spend my money here. If you need any work done and a shop that actually stands behind their work, give this place a try.

Went to San Tan Motorsports for a tire change, they had my back tire on hand & mounted it for FREE, but didn’t have the front tire on hand. I called Queen Creek Motorsports and the guy quoted me $69 over the phone. Instantly went in. Took him a few min and then at checkout, it was somehow $121 & added mounting after the job was already done! But over the phone, it was free with purchase of a tire?! Shady business! Do not recommend unless you want to overpay! If you need a good bike store, call San Tan Motorsports. Highly recommend them. At least their HONEST.

I will never take anything of mine back to this shop and I recommend that you don’t either. I brought my forks here to have them rebuilt they said it would take a week. Every week or so I would call to get an update. Three different times they told me they would call me right back and they never did. About a month after I brought them in they said they still didn’t have the parts in so I said I wanted to pick them up. The guy on the phone said fine come get them and then hung up on me. I was nothing but respectful to them and they disrespected me for wanting my stuff back. I got the forks back in pieces and brought them to another shop, the guy at the other shop immediately told me he could tell that they had no idea what they were doing from how they disassembled the forks and that they hadn’t given me all the pieces. Do your own work or find a different shop.

They had a long list of repairs on my 97’ TRX300 and they knocked it out in a timely manner! I’m very happy with the work done, and for a fair price too! I’d highly recommend bringing your late 80s-90s wheelers here to get the job done right the 1st time! They’re experts at vintage 4wheelers, and communicate throughout the whole process.

This place is absolutely horrible place of business. I spend thousands of dollars to rebuild a motor on my four wheeler. I walked in said I had no idea what the issue was but whatever it is I’ll pay to fix and also do a complete maintenance while it’s in there. They said it needs to have the motor rebuilt. So I said okay sounds good move forward. I pick it up bring it home the exact same thing is still happening. I bring it back tell the guy the same thing is happening before I had the motor redone. He now say I need a new carburetor and something with the starter. I said okay move forward with that. Pick it up the same issue is still happening AGAIN. I call the guy back frustrated OBVIOUSLY. Why wouldn’t I be I have now spend well over enough to have bought a new four wheeler. Then doesn’t want to hear anything I have to say and tells me to take him to court and hangs up on me and refuses to answer my call. They are 100% unprofessional rude and clearly don’t know what the issue is on my machine and instead of telling me that they continue to charge me for all the things starting from the most expensive thing possible. I would not recommend this place at all.

Warning... Make sure your lug nuts are all tight after having your service done here. Took my quad out for the first time after having the rims checked on the first service and axle tightened on the second. First ride and the whole back end felt loose. Got off the quad right away. All the lugs nuts were loose destroying the rims and I could have been injured or worse killed. When I called the owner he was rude and said " So I worked on your quad so everything is my fault" ? I have taken my Quads here for years and dealt with the friendly staff. Things happen however this could have ended a lot worse. So that is the thanks I get a one sided rude conversation by the owner of the company. The staff solid. The owner gets the 1 Star.

Had a 2018 Can am outlander quad. Normal bought it on Craig's list and owner says works great, well had a low voltage alert and then it would die and not restart. I thought the worst and assumed it was the stator. Turns out it was just a bad wire harness. Thats how the owner is here. Any other place would have just ripped me off. The owner here is honest and will fix it right. I highly recommend this shop for all of your power sport needs! Thanks!! Merry Christmas!

Quick turnaround on repairs. But just discovered their fix. Zip tied connector they broke on fuel pump rather than replacing it. Also discovered 15amp fuse where 7.5 amp fuse recommended. Still having issues.

Brought it my 2004 Honda crf450r. Was having some rattling noise and a slight leak near the valve cover. Erik was incredible! Dropped the bike off mid day on a Monday. Got a call on Wednesday about the issue. And had the bike back with a clean bill of health on Thurs morning. Valves adjusted back into spec, fixed the leak on valve cover . Highly recommend Erik and the shop! Fast and affordable!
