Absolute All Stars!! There’s not any mechanic I would recommend more (and this is my 3rd one in the last month)!! From the very beginning with the phone call I was in great hands—Josh was beyond helpful, he answered ALL my questions thoroughly and was happy to do so! On top of that the honesty and knowledge to back it up was all there and never once made me question their motives. I could trust them with my car, my money, and my peace of mind knowing things would be done right! I just feel the customer service was above and beyond as well as the service my vehicle had got as well! Took my vehicle for a diagnostic waited several hours and was never contacted, called them and spoke to the manager who said they couldn’t find the problem…ok, asked about a quote for simple spark plugs and manager told me he’d call me back in 5 minutes… an hour goes by and nothing again. Decided I was done with the runaround and to go get my vehicle. Turns out he left to pick up his kid. Totally unprofessional and don't care about wasting customers time, I’ll never take my vehicle there again.

Not impressed with the Queen Creek location. They only have 3 parking spots for customers to park in. I pulled in to find that the employees had illegally parked a customers vehicle in the marked out spot in between a handicap parking spot & a regular spot. Since I drive a handicap van with a ramp, I was unable to park in the handicap parking spot. So instead I had to block the two regular parking spots. The guy at the desk didn't admit to it or apologize for it. He also didn't promote any future services or act like he cared if I ever came back. I had been to the Mesa location previously and I received exceptional service. I'll never go back to the Queen Creek location but I may give Mesa another try down the road.

They backed my car into another vehicle after doing a simple oil change. Took a week to get it fixed after I was told 1-2 days, gave me a rental for half of that time that wasn’t comparable to my jeep. They did not go above and beyond like I believe a business should for there customers, they simply just cleaned up there mistake. The whole process was a huge inconvenience for me and my family and NOTHING above and beyond was done. This was the second time I had an incident with them after my AC went out and I was lied to telling me they could fix it, they held it for 2+ hours then told me to go to the dealer instead because they don’t have the machine to fix it. I would recommend NOT to use them at all and just to the dealer. They take better care of you and go above and beyond.

I cannot believe it. I was told I needed $3000 in repairs due to the engine mounts breaking the front axle after getting my window regulator replaced. I took it to my neighbor (who's worked for GM and had been a mechanic for years). He said the engine mounts were fine and the front axles were good as well; the grease on the "broken axle" was either excess or had been put on by someone on purpose to make it look broken. Pretty appalled at how much more I could've been ripped. Better watch out or you may agree to thousands of dollars in repairs that are actually completely unnecessary.

The Assistant Manager Andrew is one of the most friendly people I have ever met. I had an appointment for an oil change for my Mercedes which took about an hour. Brought car in May ‘25 due to squeaking in the rear when going over bumps. They replaced the suspension. After deriving 2k miles the noises were still there. Brought the car back in Jan ‘26 and they treated me very fairly. Replaced a few additional parts and were clear the entire time customer satisfaction is very important to them.
