Don’t call anyone else! If you need auto glass repair or replacement, I’d highly recommend Moreno Auto Glass! After calling a few other places including the ‘big names’, I found the Morenos and I am sure glad I did. They were fast, did high quality work repairing two windshield chips, were VERY reasonably priced, and above all they were a pleasure to work with. Moreno Auto Glass will be my only call should I need these services again.

Moreno auto glass is responsive and performs high-quality work. They personally spent far more time than should have been necessary handling my insurance company so that I didn't have to, and when the insurance company finally got their act together, the Moreno's showed up and had the windshield replaced shortly after. I love my new windshield and I'll call the Morenos back when I (inevitably) get another chip! :)

I highly recommend Moreno Auto Glass. Nadine was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me communicate with my insurance company. She was prompt in all of her communication with me. She also coordinated the callibration to be done as soon as the windshield was replaced. She was fantastic! Jesse completed the windshield service. He was on-time and professional. I always want to give my business to small, local companies. You won't be disappointed going with Moreno Auto Glass.

Moreno’s is the business you want to call for windshield replacements and repairing. Supporting local and supporting small businesses is my jam, so being a Moreno customer means something to me. This is a family owned business. Everyone is involved and they are teaching the younger generation what it means to work. Nadine is super responsive and will take care of the insurance portion of this process. Jesse knows his stuff. I 10/10 recommend Moreno Auto Glass. I was worried when I first moved here in Arizona and hearing all about the windshield cracks, but they put me at ease. Also make sure you add windshield coverage to your policy!

Amazing work! They were perfect at every aspect of the engagement. Jesse was so great and Nadine was there every step of the way to communicate and chat with us while Jesse worked. They came to us at our house the day after we called. We were kept updated when their schedule got delayed. They arrived within their window. When the work started taking longer than they anticipated, they informed us of why and how long we should expect until the car was ready. We paid a little less than what we were quoted and SIGNIFICANTLY less than other national brands we called first. They were patient with our little ones who wanted to ask Jesse about his tools and tell Nadine about their days and their life stories. Moreno Auto Glass is a company I want to see thrive based on the experience they gave me. It's clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Had one of the owners, Jesse & one of his sons replace my windshield on a trip to AZ from CA. Moreno Auto Glass was very quick with their response and in setting up a service time that worked for me. Jesse is very professional, respectful and courteous. He shared every step of the process with me with great knowledge and detail. (I was asking a bunch of questions cause I’m a curios dude) All in all, top tier work. I definitely would recommend Moreno Auto Glass for anyone looking to have work done in the Arizona area, not sure how far they travel but like I said, professional, courteous and respectful.
