I had a 92 Cadillac coupe deville that I took to them to have the oil changed and a oil leak repaired. I was told to come back another day because there wernt enough mechanics available. I was charged a fee of $25 for my car leaking oil. The mechanic was rude and acted as if it was a bother to find were the car was leaking oil from. I wouldn'trecommendthis place 2 anyone.

Yo this shop is kool. They specialize in GM cars especially Cadillacs. It wasclike a Cadillac care center. I was very please to find a place that knows my car and was not afraid of it. Very good service.

I had an oil change and was shown a bunch of axle grease while being told I needed a new axle. I have a mechanical background and was going to do it myself the next day. When I took the wheel off I learned my axle boot was not only not torn but in pretty good shape. It was then that I noticed his recommendations weren't on my receipt for the oil change... shady

Tips Cadillac Sales & Service was a great experience, I took my 2007 Cadillac Escalade there for some repairs on my mirror and lift gate. He also changed my oil and replaced a sensor. Ran a diagnostic test on my vehicle and shared with me what was needed, this is a very professional establishment with great customer service 10 stars in my opinion and would definitely recommend to anyone.
