Revising my post to share with the community. Watch out for these guys, the turnover rate here tells all. Did an oil change yesterday, paid for 2 additional quarts of oil on top of my 77.99 coupon. Total 109.43 now. Drove my car 2.2 miles to my house yesterday at 5:30pm. Just now checked my oil. Same dark brown, burnt, and definitely not synthetic oil in my car. Same oil and same filter in my car and the oil is still low at the same mark when I took it in yesterday at 3/4. IT WAS NEVER CHANGED. I will be calling owner, management, and escalating this higher. Eddie the manager there, I trusted you man. You failed me. I hope you didn't damage my car further. See the response by Monro, YES, I called and was connected to some call center in India. Was told to bring the car back or go to another shop and submit the invoice saying what I just wrote. In other words, just BS and they don't trust the customer and NO the customer isn't always right. I guess. Why in the world would I make up this shit? Don't go near this place. Now I understand all the bad reviews.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't like the service they give us to customers who go for a guarantee. Even though they open at 7:30 am and I arrived at that time to puncture my tire, it took more than 3 hours for them to help me. I did not feel valued as a customer and for these reasons they will no longer be my choice for my next change of tires and brakes. Too bad people's time is not valued.

The tried saying I need new tires and new brakes after an oil change. I asked the to make sure my tires were rotated and filled with air. When I left tire light indicator was still on and so I pulled back in and the mechanic confirmed all my tires were low. Took it in to another place for a second opinion - no new brake pads were needed. Be careful

One of the worst experience I’ve ever had. Dropped my vehicle at 8:30 am and while I was waiting for my ride back the mechanic and manager were talking about which shows they recommended watching on Netflix meanwhile no one was looking into my problem... there was another mechanic in the shop who’s seems the be cleaning up their shop but no one really working here.It was over 6 hours to finally take a look at my truck in which they tried to rip off $1400 of work. I did not want to proceed with this and still charged me $145 to just put a computer to give the codes for the diagnostic.. this used to be my favorite shop where I had brought all company trucks and various vehicles throughout the years but since the change of personal the quality and costumer service just went out the window. You are just a number to them now... don’t recommended stay away...

I took my car because one of my tires was loosing air they told me they didnt find any leak. The tire kept loosing air, I took to another shop and found a nail in my tire and they fixed it. My husband took his car for an A/C problem he paid $1200 and they said it was fixed, the problem still remained the same and they said there was nothing more they could do. He took it to another shop and found only a switch behind the dashboard that needed to be replaced and the problem was resolved. I do not recommend anyone to take their car to this place for any repairs.

Highly Recommended for all vehicles . After having the frustrating experience of a flat tire on my vehicle I was not only referred by my insurance but 2 other satisfied customers to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers in Davie . . I called right away and spoke to Eddie who was so welcoming as a new customer not only accommodating with scheduling and service , he also made sure to keep me informed and answered all my questions throughout the entire process and made sure the rest of the team could as well . Terrible!!! Sent me off with new tires and rim repairs stating everything was Great and I was good to go!! However, neglected to tell me there was issues with the under carriage. Only told me because I never made it out of the parking lot due to the thumping, rubbing, popping sounds my car was making. Then it was oh, yes forgot to mention.......WHAT!!?? Forgot to mention??? I actually would give negative stars!!

When in with a tire that was suppose to be leaking air, according to the sensor. Luis the assistant manager took a look at it. He went as far as checking it by adding 65 pounds of air and running it through water. No leaks and we got no charge. Supper customer service.

Went in for a tire rotation, balance and alignment with a groupon deal. After picking it up I noticed several scuffs around the wheel wells. 60% of it came out with a buffer and compound but it is completely unacceptable. Shop stated that they didn’t do it and that they would send pictures to corporate. I do all my own maintenance and washing of the truck and know with 100% certainty this happened here. Careless work.

Finding an honest mechanic shop can be tough. Look no further, because this is the place to go! I came in here for other work besides tires or an oil change but specifically I needed the wheel well liners replaced for the front of my car. This place is excellent. Very straightforward and easy to understand explanation of work and they show you exactly what needs to be done and they'll take care of it for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this location and the staff working here and I'll be taking my car for all of my future auto maintenance needs at this location.

Dishonest and Rude Service Manager (going to assume Eduardo based off the receipt), and Poor Workmanship I brought my wife’s Traverse in approximately 2 weeks ago. We purchased four Sumitomo tires from a separate vendor and requested installation, balancing, and an alignment from this location. Dishonesty (Part 1) I go to pick up the car and everything seemed normal but the service manager (specifically the man with tattoos on his forearm) said it was all done and gives me the receipt. I ask him for the alignment report and he states they were out of ink. He proceeds to show me they only got black ink. I banked on them being honest and didn’t bother. Poor workmanship (Part 1) The same night I drive on the sawgrass expressway. On the way back we feel an intense vibration emanating from the rear right of the car. It was enough to make my toddlers feel it in their car seats and make me pull over. I take it in next morning. Different service manager (who was at least kind) takes it in without question. Couple hours later they let me know it’s done and that “a weight must have fallen off”. I had suspicions because prior to returning to the shop I saw the surface of the rim the weights stick to were not prepped whatsoever (covered in brake dust and debris). I let it slide thinking maybe this was a fluke and I was being nitpicky. A couple hours later my wife drove again at highway speed and felt no improvement. Dishonest and Poor Workmanship (Part 2) and Rude I return back nearly a week after all this and it’s the original service manager (forearm tattoo guy). I give him a rundown of everything and that I felt the rims weren’t getting prepped well enough for the adhesive to bond. He doesn’t know I took an inventory of the weights that were on the car (nothing was on the right rear). He tries gaslighting me into believing that the tires I purchased were defective and that they were really busy and it would take a while to look at it. I told them to give it another shot. My wife returns to pick it up. He says all the tires were balanced already and they didn’t have to do anything and that the tires are probably defective. My wife asks about the alignment report from the original service and he claims they are STILL out of colored ink for the report. When asked how they don’t have a digital record he says it’s already been a week and that the report is gone. My wife was livid and left. Poor workmanship AND Dishonesty (Part 3) I meet up with my wife later that day and she says the car is driving way better. I look around the tires and wouldn’t you know, new weights were added in places that didn’t originally have them (rear right). So forearm tattoo guy either doesn’t know what is going on in their shop or he’s being dishonest again and tried to cover the tracks of their poor workmanship with an actual weight being added. To top it all off the rim surface was still barely prepped. I’m waiting for the weight to fall off again but am not really stressed knowing I will never have to return to this place again. I have no confidence that an alignment was ever performed given the low ethical standards of the service manager. I remember having a poor experience at the Tamarac tire choice but this one truly takes the cake. I originally wanted to write this review because I was so upset at the service manager. After thinking on it, I took the time to go in this much detail to hopefully prevent future customers from wasting their time at this location. To be honest I would consider staying away from this franchise in general. I hope the franchise takes note of this and makes some changes because I may not have a shop to recommend to friends but I will now always have this one to tell people to steer clear from. ✌️ P.S: Tire Choice’s Philippines call center they forward you to says tire mounting is $35/tire and this Davie location says $45/tire. Might wanna sort that out Tire Choice. Got the receipt to prove it.
