★☆☆☆☆ First episode was about 7 months ago I brought a brand new rim and tire that had never been put on the car over there to put a tire sensor in it in the process of putting the tire back on the rim the shade tree worker put the bar on the rim and put a gash in the tire and rim the lady in the office insisted on getting the rim fixed which is impossible in New Orleans on a chrome rim. Finally after she was told it couldn't be fixed she finally ordered a new one that took almost 3 weeks. Here today I bring a tire and rim to this establishment off my other car to get a valve stem replaced in it the lady said it would cost $25 then after the guy struggled he finally put the tire back on the rim and I was told to balance the rim it would be another 10 dollars come on now 25 dollars to change a valve stem and another 10 dollars to balance and they didn't have to take the rim off the car, THAT IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Stay clear of the place there's two other tire shops right up the street that handle your rim and tire with care unlike these incompetent fools!!!!!!!
