Incredible service, especially for customers with minimal car knowledge. We all worry about overcharging or unnecessary add-ons, and my experience at Tire King had none of that. They were exceptionally professional, explained in detail, including using models of the repair to explain in lay person terms, and they gave a fair price with options. 100% would recommend to anyone, especially those looking to find a reliable spot when you don’t know much about cars. Will absolutely be going back and recommending to everyone I know.

They are friendly yet professional and very helpful. I went there for a vehicle inspection and I knew I needed more work done, but when they gave me the estimate, they did not do it with a take it or leave it attitude. Instead they took the time to explain the estimate and I was encouraged to think about it and to let them know when I was ready. I left feeling confident that I would be back to have the work done because I was treated fairly and with respect.

I trust Tire King with all my car needs. I recently needed a new set of tires for my Pathfinder. Michael gave me many options and we found a solid pair with high mileage and a rebate! They had the tire change, new brake pads and flush done all in 1 day! I know I can always depend on them. Way better pricing than going through the dealer for sure!

Even after moving out of the area I keep coming here, not only are they honest, but Peter and Michael will try their best to save you money when ordering parts or fixing something like a tire, if they can patch they will try. I appreciate that the labor cost is reasonable also. I've been to some places that charge a labor fee for each thing that they did. Here is one flat fee. The prices are more than fair, and they are honest and do courtesy inspections and will let you know about other issues they found which they then tell you can either wait or are recommended to fix immediately. I recommend all my friends and family to go here, even if it is a little out of the way. You can also drop off your car, and they do have seats in a waiting area.

Had a great experience today @ Tire King. I walked in to price tires. Got a quote on Goodyear tires with a rebate that ends tomorrow. Mike assured me that if I could leave the car they would fit me in this afternoon. It was great talking to the owner and his Dad while I waited. I've always believed in supporting small family businesses because they treat their customers the right way. Best part, I can get my car serviced there, as well. Huge for me. Thanks guys for going above and beyond.

Went in today to get some work done. Please note I have used tire king for years and have recommended them to friends and family. The bossman told me I gave them a bad review in the past and refused to work on my car. I searched all reviews and could not find a review made by me. I noticed when there is a bad review, tire king makes the effort to contact the customer to try and straighten things out. I never received such a request. Per your request I won't ask you to repair any of my cars in the future, nor will I recommend you to anyone. Update; note that there are Zero negative comments about tire king? That's because they remove any negative comments making themselves appear to never do anything wrong.

I have used this shop for 10 plus years but I was told because I have used other shops at times I am not prioritized when making appointments. I was rudely told I can go to another shop when I questioned difficulty in making appointments. “ We have different levels of customers and you have only used us for oil changes” My record shows I have done timing belt, water pump, tires, starter, tune up, inspection, oil change etc I have spent significant amount of money at this shop over the years. Work done is good but people are free to use which ever shop they choose whenever they want. It’s not about you, You don’t know someone else’s budget. I was greatly disappointed to hear “ we have different levels of customers” At least they were honest in explaining not all customers are treated the same. Update : With all due respect, your information or understanding is incorrect. My inspection is due next month. You can verify this information . I was not a walk in but called. On Columbus Day I was asking if an appointment was available, if not can I schedule for a future date. The manner in which you speak to people matters. It’s a huge part of excellent service.
