Great service, great people and fair pricing. Caleb took our Camry in on urgent basis and replaced front wheel bearing. He explained the results from inspection and pricing to make needed repairs, super helpful. Danielle was awesome to work with, gave me a ride, even picking me up after shop had closed. Car drove great, thanks to mechanic Rick! Today they're replacing front caliper and tie rod. Danielle worked her magic and got us a BIG discount! Thanks Tire Tracks!

I have brought multiple cars here to get serviced, they are amazing! The receptionist is so nice and sweet and always makes you feel welcome! I have never had an issue with the service being done and it is always done in a timely manner. They are also amazing with updating you about when your car will be done and anything else they have found wrong with it. Caleb especially does amazing work there. They give you a nice detailed report about anything wrong with the vehicle and they provide photos. I would not take my car anywhere else! Definitely recommend Tire Tracks-Rockford for anyone looking for their car to get serviced!

I really like going to tire tracks, they are able to answer any questions I have with no hesitation. If one of them don't know then they'll ask a mechanic to be sure. I like that instead of charging me full price, if there is a sale going on they'll tell me about it instead of finding out on my own about the sale. (And not get the sale price since) There is also payment plan options. I have not yet used either one but like the idea of it being there. They are both very nice! I can't think of a reason to not give them 5 stars...so 5 starts it is!

On a trip from Wisconsin to Ohio we apparently ran over something on I-39 that punctured a tire which quickly lost air. After putting on the spare and doing a bit of research we went to Tire Tracks. They were able to repair the tire and reinstall it on the car, all free of charge. It is a great place with friendly staff. I’ve always trusted Tire Tracks so when I moved to Rockford it was an obvious choice for me to come here especially being so close to our house. Usually see Caleb or Danielle (I think is her name) up front and always have pleasant interactions with them. They’ve kept my car and my fiancé’s car running in the last two years of me living here and I can’t think of going anywhere else. I don’t know a lot about cars but I’ve never had a bad experience with either Tire Tracks I’ve gone to. If there is something they can’t do, they’ve always recommended other great places. Fantastic service! I went in to have them look at a tire that had a slow leak. They found that leak and fixed it, and also found a screw in another tire and fixed that, and rotated the tires, all for $0! The folks at the counter were friendly and professional and explained the services and inspection results clearly. I will definitely go back if I need additional service!

I love my experience there. They are friendly their nice people they get your car in and out. Service is great. I normally don’t go to no mechanic nothing auto parts store. Nothing my husband does all that but I don’t mind going there. It’s peaceful as clean and they don’t mind, taking suggestions from the customers because I gave one and she told me when I come back. Be careful when you take your cars to this tire shop because in my experience I have taken two cars and they left them both the same and they don't respond. They say that it's been a long time, but I remember well the person who worked on my car was a Spanish-speaking man. Be careful.
