Had them replace a tire - they managed to break the valve stem so my tire wouldn't stay inflated.. then wanted to charge me for to replace something they broke. DO NOT GO HERE

I ordered a set of tires off of Tire Rack they delivered the tires to tire plus in Hagerstown Md. once tires arrived on Tuesday I made appointment for Wednesday to be installed. My appointment was at 10:00. It took them 3 hours to have my tires changed. And only one other person in the waiting area with me and only two vehicles in shop getting tires changed. This place is a joke in my opinion I have never had to deal with anything like that. I asked them what is the point in making an appointment the answer is it reserved you a spot. Not once was it an apology. My recommendation is find a place more qualified with better techs to do your vehicle maintenance.

Lied to my face and claimed I needed over 3k in repairs on a "disintegrating catalytic converter" supposedly destroying my entire exhaust system. Got more and more cagey when I asked for details, refused to put anything specific in writing in my quote. Took to my usual mechanic and was quoted $150 for a simple failed weld. They addressed the issues completely and the car is fine. Avoid Tires Plus, just go to a real shop instead

Absolutely poor job. They were extremely rude over the phone and also stripped the lug nuts and potentially the housing for the lug nuts. Now they did order me some new lug nuts but the rest is to be determined.

I'll also say I recently had the 2 front tires replaced at another garage, and they supposedly had checked the rear tires & alignment, which I now highly doubt.

RV Tire Replacement , quick and professional. On Memorial Day 2025. I blew two rear tires on nearby I 70. The next morning at 7 AM tires plus opened up and Alex the technician helped me choose two quality, Firestone tires, confirmed their availability, gave me options, and in less than two hours had the new tires delivered and installed. The tire technician who installed my new tires in the lot due to lift limitations on my Class C 32 ft. motorhome was thorough and professional. I was there for and things that I would be needing in the future. And in what time frame, very informative and helpful, it's always that way. That's why I always go there. I went into Tire Plus yesterday for an oil change and to have them inspect my brake pads. From the start, the service writer, Ethan (I think that’s his name) was helpful and very kind and professional. When I arrived at my appointment, I received the same professionalism and spoke with the shop manager, Jeff, who explained everything in detail and even showed me what he was referring to on my car. The whole experience was great and that’s not usually the case at mechanical shops. Tire Plus defiantly has a customer for LIFE!

There's a restaurant you can visit right beside the shop if you want to grab some food while you wait, too.
