Will NEVER set foot in this place ever again!! Purchased tires in Dec. 2024 for my Chevrolet Silverado. Went in for a tire rotation in November 2025 with 11000 miles on them. Employee went out to measure tread depth and said they don't need rotated!! I said to rotate them anyway. They wanted to charge me $60 for a rotation that was included in the purchase price to begin with. They called later to tell me that the rotation was no charge. Did not respond. Poor customer service!! This is my second bad experience of poor customer service from the Coralville store.

Was traveling through on I80 and had tire issue on a Sunday. Saw they were open and limped in after getting roadside assistance. One person sitting in the lobby, and when I humbly asked for possible tire repair I was quickly told they had no openings until Tues but I could wait in case someone didn't show. I do understand, and I only leave this feedback in case someone else in a similar situation can pass on by.

Addison was superb in giving me advice over the phone as well as in the store. He ordered my 4 tires the day before and they arrived the next morning. He fit me in at 11am the day after my service request. The other staff there were wonderful as well. I was there a little over 2 hours for tire replacement for all wheels as well as multi-point inspection where they pointed out a few things that will need servicing/replacement in the near future. After dealing with doodoo Billion and McGrath, I'm so thankful for Tires Plus :)

We needed to get our daughter's car in during a very busy holiday week. Aaron was honest about the amount of time it may take since we didn't have an appointment in advance, but managed to fit it in that afternoon. He provided good information about what needed to be done immediately, but was also clear about some things that would be okay to do later. We appreciated that we felt safe with the fixes that were completed without feeling like we were talked into doing unnecessary work. Very courteous and helpful!

I came in for tires and instead of just charging me for the tires and taking my money they showed me that I didn't need em and told me what I do need instead and saved me and my family so much money. We had just gotten released from the hospital (my daughter had been in there for 6 days) and all my tires were low. I drove around to all of the gas stations near the hospital that had air and they wouldn't air up my tires and one let the air out. I finally drove here out of complete exhaustion and the guy was so incredibly sweet. I asked if he would air up all my tires and without hesitation he said sure pull up. He filled them up and sent me on my way. I was so grateful for that I would recommend their customer service to anyone.

Excellent service every time I take it in. If I don't understand a repair they make listen to all my questions and make sure that I understand. The Manager and Assistant Manager are always extremely friendly and professional. If there is a repair that they do not do in the shop they give great advise on which shop can provide the service for me.

I was in the Coralville, Iowa, location for new tires and an oil change. I needed to use the restroom while I waited for my vehicle. The bathroom is so disgusting. I enclosed pictures. I can't get past the horrendous toilet situation to rate the service on my vehicle There's pee on the ground and running down the front of toilet. There's also mold in toilet. There's no way I would use this bathroom.
