I took my car on the weekend for 4 new tires and an alignment. While they had my size in stock and were able to get me in last minute (this was an emergency) this was an unpleasant experience. When they called to tell me my car was just about ready for pick up, they also informed me that one of my rotors was cracked. Asked if I wanted to schedule service for new rotors for $750? I just had my brakes replaced less than a month ago and while my mechanic and I both know I need rotors, there was no such damage at that time. Then after driving 30 mins to the shop I still had to wait another 30 mins for them to actually finish with my vehicle. The estimate for the rotors only said they were glazed and had no mention of a crack. After multiple attempts of calling I finally got through and spoke to someone who was able to email me pictures of my rotors and confirm there was indeed damage. Lastly, after spending over a grand on new tires you'd think they would at least clean them after installation, but no. Whatever residue they left is still on there even after the car wash. Guess I'll have to get some tire shire and elbow grease. Needless to say, I would not recommend. They did the job in an emergency, but service isn't great and they are grossly overpriced.

Do not come here for an inspection my wife came here and they tried to tell her her car did not pass and it would cost her 2000$ to pass we went to the dealership where she always goes for inspection she just was tryna do a walk in and get it done that day which the dealership you have to schedule an appointment . They passed her and she did have lightbulbs that they failed her for but that costed us 50$ to fix everything else was fine idk where this shop got 2000$ from that’s robbery and the things they told her they need to fix was bs I do some car mechanics and the stuff they told her made me laugh cause I told her they tryna get you because your a woman but she isn’t dumb avoid these ppl at all cost they will rob you for inspection matter fact go to your dealer to get inspection mom and pop shops will rob you…. Also this place messed up my wife’s window wipers they were fine before we came in and what ever they did to them they wipe horrible and told her that she needed new ones avoid this place at all cost!!!! Also they gave her the wrong sticker this place is a joke!

John was AWSOME and took care of Everything in a Very courteous and respectful manner. John when above and beyond to get me in and out . Thank U John I had to have back surgery and wasn’t able to drive for a while . When I needed to go out of town for a funeral I got in my truck to leave and realized my inspection sticker was out of date . Tried to get truck in several places no one could help me . Pulled into Tires Plus and John said he would be able to Help and took care of the Inspection in no time and helped me get to the funeral. Thanks John you’re the Best !
