The light for my right front tire came on yesterday which on a Sunday it is hard to find a shop that is open. I googled around in Alexandria to find one and Tires R Us came up so I went to the shop and there was Duglas who was very friendly and helpful with checking all of tires. He is an awesome person and found the problem very quickly so not did I get my tire fixed but will be going there for all services. I truly recommend Tires R US to everyone, you will not be disappointed!

Worst place ever!! Had a tire repaired the first guy broke a part on my car after attempting to remove it. Then when they got it off they were unable to put it back on due to the part being broke. They proceed to suggest I pay for the part they initially broke. When I refused to pay they refused to fix my car, knowing I was then unable to leave because the tire could not get put back on. After arguing and having the police called I finally went ahead and just paid for the part so that I can leave that raggedy place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL UNPROFESSIONAL, UNDER STAFF AND UNDER QUALIFIED! Wish I knew this before hand I would have drove right past this place. Zero stars

I came in for a tire check right before a major road trip - I had a concern and wanted to have it checked- the staff was wonderful - saw me right away and reassured me of the tire’s condition - showing me they were honest and I drove several hundred miles on my trip with no issue - showing they were absolutely right about this tire. I had all four tires replaced here after getting a flat tire. The low pressure warning light continued to come on as soon as I drove after getting the tires replaced. I was told that it was just the pressure sensor recalibrating to the new tires and it would go away after driving for a while, but I ended up having to get the sensor replaced afterwards because it was faulty. Now, one of the four tires has struggled to hold pressure ever since being changed so have to take it elsewhere to do it correctly.

I received 4 new tires here. From a mechanic The service was great. The hospitality was a plus but he didn’t do well. Then I came back to get the issue corrected and Douglas was very knowledgeable and skilled in what he do and corrected the issue on my vehicle. Would definitely return. The first guy meant well just wasn’t very skilled but Douglas was. I highly recommend speaking with Douglas !!

i had tire replacements appointment at 3pm today and i got here at 2:30pm, waited for two hours and they didn’t even start the job and just parking my van like this. just told come back tomorrow. Do not ever come to this place for tire replacements.

Douglas is the hero of Tires R Us. I called him up after 5pm on a Wednesday and asked if he could help me with a tire. His shop was one of the few that was open late! Getting in was a bit odd, the storefront is pretty nondescript, there's no large sign. But it's the left most unit of the glass-office building across from the Guitar Center on Duke. I pulled around to the back and met Douglas inside. He is a very cheerful and friendly guy who pulled my car in and got right to work. I asked him to check my other tires as well (we're renovating our house) and fortunately not only were they safe but the screw was shallow and didn't penetrate. Douglas resolved a stressor for me in minutes at zero cost! I highly recommend his service and will be coming back for tires and brakes when I next need it. Their prices are great.
