This place is awesome! If you have a nail in your tire and need it plugged or patched, bring it here! They are friendly, honest, and fast! I had a flat tire because a nail got stuck in it, and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Prices are great, and the service is excellent. Thank you!!!

Great Value and great local business!!!! [Charles Village] I was having issues with my battery and had called triple AAA twice they directed me to a different repair shop that had a week long waiting period for just a diagnostic! I show up to tires unlimited same day and they looked at my car IMMEDITAELY and it was complementary! They actually had diagnosed my car months early and said it was the alternator but that it currently can still drive (when Auto Advance was trying to get me to replace the part immediately) which was really helpful to me, since I was low on finances...they were right and finally after a couple months I brought it back and they confirmed that's what it was. They don't like to keep cars overnight which is incredible because that means same day repair for services that other shops will take a week or more to do.. I am learning about cars and they happily answered all of the questions I had and explained to me the process. The rates are VERY reasonable, better than other places in the area, and I honestly 100% recommend Tires Unlimited for any service needed in the North Baltimore area, definitely support this local business!

Stopped in today because I had a slow leak in one of my tires and had run over a screw with another of my tires. Turned out the screw had gone in sideways and not punctured that tire, so that one didn’t need any repairs. There was a nail in the one that had the slow leak and they offered to do a plug or patch, depending on how much I wanted to spend ($15 or $30). They had the tire patched up as good as new in just a few minutes and I was on my way. Everyone working there was so friendly and I highly recommend to anyone in the area. Will definitely be my shop of choice whenever I need service!

I usual don’t have time for this but after driving there to replace one tire I ended up having a tire that had to much air in it, on top of that the mechanic broke my TPMS sensor and wanted me to pay out of pocket to have the vehicle towed to his shop. If you know you mess up own up to it and find a solution instead of trying to hide it and have the customer pay more.

Wow! I wish this shop was in my city! Our 06 Subaru’s engine decided to die on 895 on a Saturday evening. It was a hellish 4 hours being stuck on the shoulder of the beltway. I called local shops and they were either dismissive, or unable to replace oil, or wouldn’t be able to check until Monday morning. I called tires unlimited and Mark picked up right away. He was so kind, patient, and understanding and told us if we can get the car in by 8pm he’ll see what he can do. Unfortunately our tow truck driver had a hard time finding us so we weren’t able to get there by closing time. No worries, we called Mark and he said to just leave it overnight. Our car finally made it to Tires unlimited late Saturday evening and we made our way back home. The next morning, we get a text from Mark letting us know that our car arrived safely and was secured. Monday we got a call from Mark describing what happened and to have us send the previous shop’s work to see what was done. Tuesday we get a call back from Isaiah who is also extremely kind and patient. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, but should, I felt like I could ask any question and would never get a dismissive answer from either of them. I appreciated their honesty and advice as well. Their prompt communication was also appreciated especially when you’re two hours away!

Stopped in for a tire to tide me over til I replace all four. Mark and his son were great. Got my bad tire swapped out in no time. I highly recommend them. His son is the same age I was when I started working on cars and motorcycles and it warmed my heart to see little man do the service and just bang it out. Don’t fret if he’s the one swapping your tire, he’s got it. Ten stars!

0/10 — I would never recommend this shop. These people don’t know the first thing about tires. I ordered a front set of winter tires to be installed, but when they arrived I noticed they looked like summer tires. The label literally said summer tires, but the employees tried to convince me they were winter tires until they called their supplier and confirmed I was right. To make things worse, they reinstalled my old winter tires incorrectly — they put the wider rear wheels on the front and the front wheels on the rear. As soon as I started backing out, I heard a grinding noise. It was my mismounted rear wheels grinding against the front struts. I never thought curb rash could happen on the INSIDE of a wheel, but somehow these fools managed to make that happen. They switched the wheels and gave me a refund, but that doesn’t even begin to cover what would be the cost of a new set of wheels and struts. Finally, the manager repeatedly pressured me to come in earlier than my available time and asked invasive questions about how far from the shop I work and what time I get off, as if my availability was up for negotiation. Completely unprofessional and careless experience from start to finish.
