I had the misfortune of taking my vehicle to Titan Auto Tech for repairs and it was a complete nightmare. Two weeks after they supposedly fixed my car, the front wheel well came off while I was driving. I took it back to Titan Auto Tech expecting them to take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship, but instead, they denied any fault and refused to fix it wanting charging me an arm and a leg. Their lack of accountability and incompetence is absolutely appalling. I would never trust Titan Auto Tech with any repairs again and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this dishonest and unprofessional establishment. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable auto repair shop that actually stands behind their work. Hertz Auto Sales is in contract with them to fix the cars they sale! What a joke! Lesson learned don’t buy a car from Hertz Auto Sale and have these folks do the repairs.
