These guys did an incredible job both times that I came to them needing collision repair work on my BMW. They took care of everything from dealing with the insurance company, to ordering parts, to even cleaning my car after the repairs were complete. My car probably looks better now than it did before the collision thanks to Precedence Auto!

They fixed my corvette z06 took about a year to get it out the shop due to borders being on back order. I moved out of California picked up the car some parts were left behind and they still need to replace the rear cradle til this day Enrique has not answered my calls or texts to recover parts that were left behind at their shop. I was patient with them throughout the repair. Customer service was there while they had possession of my car but changed right after I picked up the car.

I took my BMW 2015 428i after I was rear-ended for repairs and as you know repairing your vehicle after an accident can be incredibly stressful, but the good folks at Precedence Auto Reconditioning made it a breeze. A Tow Truck hit me while I was a stop sign and damaged a number of components in the rear of my vehicle. Precedence Auto spoke with the other driver's insurance and handled everything. Prices: very competitive and reasonable - they have relationships with a lot of dealerships, so they have access to a lot of car parts. Perks: Rafael, the owner is a professional and his team kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and made an unpleasant experience into a great one. My car looks like New.

We were extremely happy with the team at Precedence Auto—Rafael in particular. We had several spots of damage on our motorhome. He worked with our insurance, who covered the major damage at the rear, side cabinet, and fender. They also replaced the side mirrors, gel coated the edges of the roof, painted the front bumper. They helped us transport our RV to the body shop and home again. The detail and quality of work was excellent. Their timeline for the repairs was spot on. Our 2017 vehicle looks like brand new. My car has some scratches, and we’ll definitely be going back for that work.

I recently paid $250 in cash for an exterior detailing service only (you can view the quality in photos). The staff was pleasant, they provided a drop-off and pick-up service, which was convenient. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the service, especially considering the five-star ratings I had seen (which now seem questionable). The photos I've shared were taken immediately after the detailing, but after the first wash, it's hard to believe that my car had received any professional attention.

I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. From the beginning all the way to when my car was ready, was a seamless process. The communication from the office updating me along the way was excellent. The work/craftsmanship is beyond measure. They did a great job on my 2021 Honda. I was in a rear end accident and the stuff was super friendly and did really a great job on the body work. Amazing and looks never been on an accident at all. They ordered parts directly from dealer they ordered OEM parts. Thank you Enrique :) Update: been there for the second time. My 2022 Honda accord rear ended. They did an excellent job. The balance everything it seems it never been in any accident. Enrique ordered all OEM parts from dealership. Also at the end they detailed my car real good that feels like I just took it brand new again. They detailed the engine bay so good that I am in love with it. Thank you so much 🙏☺️☺️☺️

2014 Laguna Blue Corvette with damaged front bumper possibly in parking lot by truck running over the front. No note was left. Chose Precedence Auto Reconditioning as they are a local shop. Took about a month to get a new O&M bumper and a few days to replace it and repaint it. They worked with my insurance company to get a replacement rather than patching the gouge. Enrique was my contact and he made me feel confident I would like the quality of their work. Went to pick up the car and they had detailed the whole car without an extra charge. Although 8 years old the car looks brand new. Thank you all for quality work.

Rafael and the team at Precedence Auto Reconditioning did an amazing job repairing my Scion FRS, and after using them, I highly recommend their services! They go above and beyond with their quality of work. A neighbor backed into my car while it was on the street and smashed in the driver side quarter panel. Luckily I was able to get their insurance info so all I had to do was pick a shop. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my car so I spent a lot of time on reviews! I had only heard of Precedence briefly though a friend and then from researching reviews online, but decided to bring my car in for evaluation and chose them for the repair. The entire process was smooth, from the evaluation, to start date, to final completion. The team kept me updated throughout and reached out directly with any questions. The finished product was pristine. They used all OEM new parts when replacing the quarter panel and small side window, and the paint matches perfectly. The team even detailed the car after completion and upgraded my old silver lug nuts with black ones to match the rims. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if I have any need of it.

I took my C300 in after getting hit in the car wash. Because it was the car wash companies fault, they were hard to work with. I reached out to Precedence Auto and they immediately jumped in to help. Their customer service was phenomenal and they kept me updated along the way. I got my car back quicker than I expected and it looks GREAT!! I am very happy with the work and my overall experience.
