We were in the market to buy a used foreign car in South Bend. We reside in Florida where we were hit by two hurricanes, losing our vintage vehicle. We found a similar car at a local used car in South Bend. From afar it was difficult to assess if this older vehicle was good value and safe to drive. Through an internet search we saw great reviews for the family owned TMT. Tony took our call and in a matter of minutes, arrangements were made to deliver the car to their site for a thorough third party inspection. In less than 24 hours, the work was done with a comprehensive assessment and detailed documentation including photos. We decided not to purchase the car nor willing to invest in the few major items that concerned us. That said we were not expecting a totally clean bill of health on an old car. We were just so grateful and amazed at the quality service, professionalism of everyone we spoke to and a cost that was so reasonable. Here we were total strangers. TMT is phenomenal! I easily booked an appointment for a time that worked for me online and was called within an hour to get more information and offer me a tow if needed. Dropping off the car was easy and simple, and if you have to wait, the seating area is comfortable, clean, and client-centered. They checked in my car right away, and I got a text with a progress report I could see as they inspected and worked. they include pictures and details of issues they find, suggested repairs, and then everything that checked out okay. I got another call when the inspection was done detailing what needed to happen right away at what cost. I really appreciated how straightforward and honest their process is.
