My experience has been great with this location. I'm extremely impressed with my interactions with a young man that works there named Don. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. They will keep to charge you for something that isn't broken. They also will not make something up that isn't broken. This store on Michigan Street has good things going on. Couldn’t give 0 stars, but don’t waste your time for tire problems here. Go somewhere trusted because I walked in for a quick tire fill up and to check for a leak (which when I left the place I will admit they did it for free and I was happy) Then I got to work the next day. I was stranded for hours with a fully deflated tire. My air was NEVER leaking to this extent that one single quick drive would cause me to fully deflate my tire. And get this, it wasn’t even the same tire I told them had a leak that needed patched This tire was on the other side of my car. I’m fully convinced they popped my tire sneakily somehow while they did my “complementary” fix and filled all 4 tires. Because I checked for a leak with soap and we couldn’t find anything until we checked where you fill tires up at. I had to buy a whole new rim and everything to replace the part they broke to fill my tire with air. So that free stuff gets you to come back. If you come here be smart don’t get tricked or bring your tire with you and don’t give them your car only the tire for checking leaks. Ridiculous and honestly outrageous.

The management at this location is of high moral character. A friend of mine has been fighting cancer, and got a flat tire right before a round of chemo. When we came to pickup the new tire, “someone” had taken care of the bill. There was no one else around, so it was definitely the management of this location taking care of someone who really needed a blessing. Thank you Belle tire.

I'd like to give more than 5 Stars. I called spoke with Cory, I explained my situation, He was very concerned about it. I came back the next morning, I had Calipers, Brakes done... I asked how long it might take. He said no more than 2 hours. He had checked on me to make sure I was ok. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK... Great teamwork here. Thank You again for EVERYTHING you've done. If i could give them negative stars, I would. My SO took the van in for a simple oil change. This Josh Montgomery comes out claiming the brake line is "gushing fluid" (which is a lie, we definitely would have noticed it leaking) and all four calipers need to be replaced. Trying to charge us 1200 dollars. We took it to another mechanic who found ONE brake line BARELY leaking. Avoid this location at all costs unless you have money to throw away. I know I definitely don't.

Listen to me! Clayton has the best customer service of anyone at a tire shop. I was omw out the door, he stopped me, fixed my issue and even remembered taking my call earlier that day. I was able to get air in my tire after 3 other shops refused to do it because of the life of my tires and a broken valve stem. He then gave me a price on 2 new tires and took my car in immediate for an oil change. I will always choose Belle Tire on S Michigan if Clayton is working. His customer service was impeccable. This review is for Clayton because I am leaving a happy, satisfied repeat customer.

Came in yesterday for an oil change and was told that both front wheel bearings needed changed; which I already knew because my front driver side has been grinding and making noise for almost a year in the right one was barely making any noise yet. So anyways they told me it was going to be $788.22 to get both done. I asked them how much it would be to get just one done and they said half that. So I came in today and told them to do the driver side wheel bearing. After they were done, instead of charging me $394 which would have been half of $788 they charged me $469 and told me that they changed the passenger side instead because it was supposedly worse and they told me that's where all the noise was coming from, mind you they didn't even come out and tell me this before they started working on it or anything they just went ahead and did the opposite side I asked them to do and then charge me more. This is the second shop that I went to that has avoided doing my front driver wheel bearing. So with that being said I'm out 469 and now I can't even drive my car because it's unsafe because the part that needed fixed didn't get fixed. Since when did places start doing the opposite of what the customer ask for, I told them specifically what part I wanted done and obviously went in one ear and out the other. I'm also confused as to why I paid more with only getting one done or I could have gotten both done for only a couple hundred more. I feel like I've been scammed.

Cory, I believe he is the manager, was the one who helped me. But before he helped me, I watched him helping a younger kid, even setting up a ride for him to get home. Cory and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I came into Belle tire for an alignment. I’m not a huge fan of corporate businesses. I typically go to individually owned shops. But my mechanic doesn’t have the equipment to perform alignment adjustments. When they checked my alignment out, they weren’t able to adjust it due to loose parts. After they gave me the diagnosis, Cory gave me an estimate. I had to go to another appointment, but after I left, I made the call back to see how quickly they could get the work done. I decided to go back, and I’m glad I did. I actually already bought pads and rotors to have changed on my vehicle, but I am returning them because Cory and his team got the job done. I’ve been in business and I know how vital it is to have good leadership that you can trust. Cory is that kind of guy.
