Looking at the reviews looks like it a hit or miss with this shop, for sure overpriced and the owner is pretty rude i believe his name is Nao. Very condescending tone if you try and explain the problem on your vehicle "He knows more than you" attitude.

Completely opposite from the positive review. He miss diagnosed my car because he thought I couldn't afford it. So he replaced parts I didn't need just to get $1400 out of me . He needs to be reported!

Giving it Five Stars! I came into the shop on 12/9/20 to get my transmission rebuilt. I didn't know anything about this place, I actually went to the wrong location. Anyways Nao the mechanic came out to help me with my transmission. I received a quote from my regular mechanic and he was charging me 2500 for the service. Thank god I found this place, Nao took care of everything. We even became friendly after a 15 minute conversation. He took me back to my house even though it was 20 minutes away. He also tried to help me sell my car because I told him that I was moving in about 2 weeks. The job was going to take two weeks, but after realizing the urgency he completed the job quickly and professionally (finished in 4 days). I would come back to this shop because they extremely professional and HONEST! Just so everyone knows, when I called the other location and they recommended me to get a used transmission. WELL GUESS WHAT, REBUILDING IS ALWAYS BETTER BECAUSE THEY REPLACE ALL OF THE INTERNALS WITH BRAND NEW PARTS. EVEN IF YOU GET A CERTIFIED USED TRANSMISSION IT HAS MILES ON IT!! Anyways, I appreciate the honesty and work done by my new friend Nao. Come to this location not the one in PLACENTIA! GO,GO,GO! Oh by the way he even offered to buy my car just to help me out, what a guy. It's hard to find a trustworthy person these days. So I can say with confidence, trust Nao.

Great service! My son bought a wrx 2nd hand. I came in asking regarding the brakes and a oil change and if they can do an inspection as well. Mr Nao told me the brakes are good just needed the rotors resurfaced. And that we had a small leak in the head gaskets during the inspection. No up selling, just facts. My family go to mechanic.

How do you add negative stars? My husband took his car to this place to repair it. It is difficult enough to find an honest mechanic. He was supposed to be our guy for auto issues. Like everyone else he lied, and did not fix the problem. He overcharged as well. He took for gas gate 518 dollars. After he fixed the problem, the car had the same problem again !!!

These guys are great. Reasonable pricing, solid work. My mother-in-law was quoted $8k in repairs from the dealership. These guys fixed the problem and charged $1.2k.
