I was on my way to work when my car suddenly loss power. After a minor repair attempt, the crew at Tom's Automotive determined that I had engine damage. Due to the age of my car I now needed a new car. Not only did they not try to upsell me on additional repairs (I'm a woman & wouldn't have known any better), they allowed me to keep my vehicle at their lot until I was able to figure out what to do with it. Great people, great service!!!!!

A mechanic I can trust. Fair prices good service and communication and no nickel and diming. Had another chain shop quite repairs and they were $500 more (because they wanted to do something that Tom's said was bogus). So so happy that I've found a place to go back to. A customer for life.

This is the only shop I would go to if it was not a hassle to drive there with downtown traffic. Last year, the driver side rear window on my PT Cruiser stopped working. The shop I usually go to for routine maintenance only because it is so close to my house wanted about $425 to fix it. Out of the question given my finances. I called Tom's. They said that their distributor did not carry the needed parts. They (Gloria I guess) was nice enough to call other shops and said it would cost about $325. A friend recommended an independent mechanic who said he would do it for $150 but I had to get the parts myself. I bought them on eBay for under $100. But I considered whether I could do the job myself. Finally, I called Tom's again and asked if they would do the labor. They said they could, for $120. I took them up. Works perfectly. Saved $200.

Tom's have been working on my car for several years now. The service recommendations have been great and my older vehicle with high miles have had no problems. It runs and sounds great. Being proactive on the maintenance and services helped me avoid unexpected no starts and avoid being stranded on the side of roadways.

I took my vehicle to Tom's for the first time today based on referrals and reviews. I have to say, I had the best experience at an automotive repair shop today that I can remember. Gloria was very knowledgeable, friendly, and cooperative. I didn't meet the techs, but although my car was taken for a test drive, it was treated very respectfully. This place is my new go to shop.

They handle my regular car maintenance (oil changes, tires), fix problems (break work, transmission issues), and counsel me re: when to move on to a new car. Small mom and pop auto shop. I get my car serviced here all the time. Owners are very knowledgeable and know what they're doing. Prices are very affordable, and they have quick services. A little shop, and steadily busy, means they have loyal customers, and customers trust them to get their cars fixed and serviced here. I'm glad I found a shop that I can trust. *I just found out I can get my tires rotation for free with the purchase of a set of tires here. (After buying and owning them for the last 2 year)

I have been going to Tom's since 2019. They have been the most consistent automotive shop I have ever gone to, and I will continue to go back because of it. Gloria is awesome. She is friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and communicative which is greatly appreciated(especially when it comes to expensive automotive parts). Tom's has always been incredibly transparent. This is the best garage I have ever been to. Fast, accurate, HONEST, great prices, and so friendly. I am from a small town with a tight community and everyone know who you are. I feel that way with this business, its amazing to get that kind of welcome in a big city. As well as I know I am getting the best quality care for my vehicles and the best customer service EVER. Go here!! Gloria was extremely helpful. I had my fuel tank replaced because it had a hole in it (thank you business 80 😒). Once I got them the part I wanted to use, they got it out in a day or two. Super reasonably priced. No issues since getting my car back. They even let me check out the car while it was up on the stands! 10/10 check them out.
