Don't do business with this shop! They drove our car for several hundred miles & got scratches without a sorry while car was in service! Only lies and denial of what they did. Poor business quality and charges way higher! Not a trusted business company!!

First, I would like to apologize to Cindy (at the body shop) and Scott Inukai for not posting this review sooner. Cindy was fantastic in taking care of my Ram that was damaged in a auto wreck back in August of 20". I had severe damage to the front end of my truck and thought there was no way that anyone could repair this to new condition. This body shop not only repaired it to my satisfaction but went over and above my expectations of great repair. Cindy kept me in the loop with the entire process and was extremely informative. I was suppose to pick up my Truck on Thursday but got no call so called them on Friday was told that my insurance company has not approved a lower control arm. When I went in on Wednesday to look at the Truck was told all was good just needed to clean it up, now they are holding it for ransom. I am a Veteran with PTSD and need my truck.

Ken helped me out throughout repairing my vehicle and explained me the technical procedures with a lot of patience. I highly recommend asking for him at the repair center.

Auto body took pictures/estimate, got claim details from insurance, told me parts being ordered. 2weeks later- no contact, I call and am told, my repair is low cost,, they got higher price jobs to do, not worth time, would call me in couple weeks to schedule appt. Filed complaint with insurance as this is a “Preferred shop”.

They take a long time, and seem to keep finding things to cost you more money. Nice people just not a good experience calling every week they say this Friday it should be ready then head nothing, happened for over a month. Perhaps they are understaffed, just go somewhere else. Currently waiting two months just for a little dent and realignment. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else.

i dropped off my vehicle at the collision center. all there employees i talked to were professional and very helpful, and i was soon on my way in no time. when i returned to get my car i was very upset.because my friend had just lost her sister, so i got in my car and left. a week later a friend asked if i got a new car. i was so surprised at the shape my car was in, immaculate inside and out. and felt bad that i hadn't even said thank you, so thank you so much for such a great job from start to finish. will recommend you to all my friends with complete confidence. car looks better than when i purchased it!

This place is amazing!!! Today I noticed my tire was shredding so all I did was go in for a pair of scissors to clip off the hanging piece and the lady at the front desk brought it to the mechanics attention and he had me drive into the shop and he not only rotated the tires but replaced th shredded tire with my spare. They were genuinely concerned for my safety and went out of their way to make sure I was safe enough to drive home. The people there are so kind hearted and genuine. I'm just so grateful they were there.

I was a little frustrated by how much time my truck was in the shop but Sam kept me informed every step of the way as to why. When I got it back, I was very happy with their work. I brought my 2022 Jeep in after a collision and selected this shop as it was associated with dealership I bought it from. It took months to a year to get back. I got it back and they didn’t even replace the main driving drag link as it had a giant dent in it, the jeep was shuttering while driving and clinking noises. I took it to another shop and they confirmed they didn’t or “forgot” to replace the main driving component. Now a year later I am replacing drag links, tie rods, etc with another shop due to the same sound and issue. I wouldn’t recommend this shop at all or trust it for your work on your vehicles. 09/04 UPDATE: Got the parts fixed from a different shop and had $716 out of my own pocket to fix what the shop couldn’t verify and fix. I sent an email to the listed comment on 08/14 and never got anything back on a response. Don’t recommend!

Went in for some work after a lady backed into my parked car, plus I had accumulated numerous rock chips, a couple scratches, & a dent mysteriously.
