I normally don't write reviews but I need to share my experience with Tony's. I called on Monday morning (yes holiday week) and explained to Denish that my window was half way down and would not go up or down. (I was already told by someone else that it was the motor & regulator and too be prepared). Denish told me come right over. Tony's fixed my car promptly. They were fair and reasonable with this repair. While they had my car, I asked that they go ahead and change the oil and windshield wipers and they could have said no because they were very busy with other customers that had appointments but they didn't. Small family business and HONEST! Thank you for squeezing me in, I know your shop was busy. I APPRECIATE YOU AND WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE I KNOW Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving.

I previously rated Tony's Autobody and Repairs 5 Stars. I wanted to explain why though. Tony explained everything to me and was very professional. Since I don't know a lot about cars, I appreciate the time he spent talking about what was wrong with my A/C etc. Sonny and Tony make a great team.
