I have been a customer of Tony's for a couple decades at least. He is the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced mechanic I have ever known. His prices are very reasonable.

Ever since I found Tony's I haven't gone anywhere else for upwards of 5 or 6 years and whether its keeping my beat-up '88 sedan running or helping me buy a new(er) car that I can trust, they've been MORE than helpful and also considerate. Clay handles their phones and has to break bad news to people, and I think that's a particularly hard job in an environment as frustrating as a car shop because he becomes an easy person to blame when you don't like your bill or some other painful inconvenience having to do with your car. I've never found a shop more personal, helpful, and caring and they have saved me $$$$ compared to what other shops charge, and once when I felt that some work wasn't done right, they brought me right back in and fixed it on the spot without charge. Mistakes happen, and it's rare to find a shop that can admit a mistake and make it right without a fight. Thanks guys!

I asked a family member if they know a good honest auto shop, he suggested Tony's auto. This was five years ago, and he was not wrong. Every time I've had engine issues Tony and Clay were friendly and have treated me square. On one occasion a repair was simpler then originally estimated. They were up front and honest, and adjusted the final bill considerably. If you are looking, then I highly suggest Tony's.

I've been going to Tony's for over 10 years, ever since I bought my first car. Tony & Clay are professional, honest, and truly care about their customers. If I have an issue arise, I can trust that my car will be repaired properly & for a great price. Was looking for a local place we could trust to do some work on our son's pick up truck, we were referred to Tony's by a family member who has been using them for years and certainly glad we followed their recommendation. Truck as diagnosed quickly, accurately, and fairly priced, they had us up and running same day. Spoke to Mechanic Jay and given him a budget that we wanted to stay within, knowing the truck could use a good look over and might need some additional love. Jay called back promptly with an explanation of their overview and came in significantly lower in price than the budget I had mentioned. Five stars isn’t enough! Tony’s Collision and Automotive Repair in Spokane Valley totally exceeded my expectations. The employees are all amazing—super friendly and professional. Tony himself is absolutely phenomenal. I called about getting a rear bumper installed on my 2012 Infiniti G37, and he was able to get my car in the very next day! Not only that, but the price ended up being even LESS than he originally quoted me, which never happens anywhere else. The whole process was fast and efficient, and I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the work. I will 100% be referring friends and family and using Tony’s for any future repairs. If you want friendly, prompt, and top-notch service, this is the place to go!
