$425 for labor $650 for parts that they suggested that we purchase. My ac still doesn't work. Now they want to charge me an additional $225 to remove the parts. The dealership is going to charge me $1100 for everything and do it right. RUN! RUN FAST! DON'T USE THIS MECHANIC!

The power steering serpentine belt of my 1995 F250 snapped. I struggled to Torres’s garage. I was told that the turn around time was 3 days. I live 2 miles away, so I figured it’s just a short walk. Oscar offered me a ride home. What a relief. To my surprise I received a phone call late in the afternoon that same day and my truck was ready. I said that it’ll be a bit before I get there, cuz I have to walk to his shop. But guess what? He came over and picked me up!

Took my truck on Monday I was told they will check it the next day. Never did, finally I called on Wednesday afternoon they said they got behind and are looking at it. So called on Thursday was told it’s fixed and told me the a/c compressor clutch was getting stuck and he fixed it. (Note) I never got a call on what the problem was and how much it would be. Fast forward a/c was still going in and out (not fix). So I looked in to it and replaced the pressure switch and the Freon was over charged got it back to normal level. Now my a/c is fixed thanks to me and not their shop. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP for a/c work because they don’t know how to fix it. There is another review about a/c work also (bad review also). They can maybe do an oil change just maybe……….

These guys are simply the Best! So the guy who runs the front office, his name is Oscar and he's very knowledgeable when asking him about things about your vehicle, on what might be wrong with it. You bring it into his shop, they take a look at it and they'll let you know the estimate before they start working on your vehicle. They do NOT overcharge, they do a great job! and they take care of your vehicle quickly! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! You won't be disappointed.. I do have to say is when calling... Sometimes Oscar, the man that runs the front office, he hasn't set up the v/mail so that you can leave a msg for him to call you back!, lol, BUT, the # does show up that you called, and he WILL call you back once he returns from the errands he has to run, I Promise, He WILL CALL YOU BACK, AND ASK, DID SOMEONE CALL THIS #? LOL, but other than that one thing, TORRES AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR is by far, THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Really great people and very reasonable prices, they did a excellent job on my Ram pickup, I'll recommend them to all of my friends. I only have one vehicle, they didnt have to but they dropped me off at home and picked me up when my pickup was finished being repaired. Took my running volvo in for not staying on. Two months later, It still not fixed, and i was told they needed more time. They broke many internal parts of engine bay, which made me waste my time and money on parts. They claim they know what they're doing, I have brought my other cars in the past for tires and small maintenance, but it seems that's all they know. Beware of the mechanics, they'll keep changing what's wrong with your car, and try to guess what's wrong. They also don't communicate with customer and say I was about to call you, even after having your car for two months later. My car is now in the junk yard because of all the other things they broke, and it's not financially logical to fix at this point. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone very disappointed how this place does business.
