Experience was absolutely horrible!! I got my car towed here for starter issues, they said they have to run a diagnostic, cool, come back he lied and said it was my fuel pump and tried to charge me $1200 for the service. I picked up the car got a second opinion and it was my starter like I knew. So I paid $125 for a diagnostic that they did not run at all! And they tried to get more money out of me. I swear black people will try to get a dollar any way. Unprofessional! Stay away!

I happen to break down in their parking lot. I am from Richmond and drove down to work for the day. They went out of their way to help me and get me back on the road to Richmond quickly. Great bunch of guys, it was a great experience. I highly recommend the shop. I wish I lived closer.

I was advised by a family member to check with Total Car Repair as they had been able to assist them with the repair of their car in a similar situation. **MERCEDES OWNERS BEWARE** I came in for a repair on my S550 Mercedes 4-matic suspension system in which the owner was adamant that he could fix the problem. He had no problem taking my money but found out the hard way this shop is crooked and has no idea how to work on Mercedes. An honest repair shop would have initially told me if he can or can’t work on it but again they’re crooks!! He initially told me that the front Sam module was the problem and that the car should run properly after the repair. (After speaking to the Mercedes shop the front Sam almost has nothing to do with the suspension system) After 2 months I get a call from the owner stating that not only was the problem not fixed but I needed to spend more on a set of struts. After spending over $1,600 on the module he is now having me throw money at the problem after assuring me that the 1st diagnosis would remedy the issue. After another 2months(approximately 5 months altogether)the car is worst than it was when I dropped it off.( Unexplained Dents in windshield air suspension still not working unusual loud noises everywhere unimaginable not to mention after paying 6k altogether to have my car in worst shape than it was before I dropped it off.) Currently dealing with the att general to file a formal complaint don’t let this be you. Edit: The character of this business is on full display I have never asked for anything free nor would I expect anything to be free I just wanted what I or any hardworking person would expect and that’s quality service especially when I paid your so called A1 mechanics( can’t fix Mercedes) over 6k in repairs and now my car is in a worst off condition. You should be ashamed of yourself to be out here destroying cars of hardworking ppl out here! The suspension problem is definitely not fixed also you yelled at me over the phone when I tried to tell you what I was experiencing but I understand you did so bc you know you can’t fix the problems on these cars.
