This shop takes very good care of my vehicle, but more importantly my wife's. I'm very comfortable with cars and developed mechanical knowledge growing up in a family where we did our own repairs. My wife has other strengths, however, and with her limited understanding of mechanics, she's been scammed by other less scrupulous garages. These guys at Tower do good, honest work. We started taking our vehicles here just for oil changes because it's convenient, but now we do everything here.

I was looking to get 4 new tires and pressure sensors (both of which I had purchased already) installed on my Toyota. Called around to many different places in the area to ask their pricing and the earliest time/day I could bring my car in. I spoke with Derek at Tower Automotive and he gave me the best price out of any place in the area. He even told me that I could bring it in the same afternoon. So after reading all of the reviews online I figured this shop was worth a try. Brought my car that afternoon with the tires and pressure sensors, and left it with them. They installed the sensors as well as mounted and balanced the tires. Unfortunately, I did not get a call that evening when the service was finished, but the next morning I called in and went back to pick up my car. The price was exactly what he told me on the phone the previous day. After driving it for a week I did not notice any issues with the balance or sensors. I called to see if I could bring my car back in to have the wheel bolts re-torqued to ensure that there were no issues. Spoke with Jay on the phone who told me to swing on by. He took care of re-torquing my car right when I got there and I was on my way. I am happy with the service and value I received from Tower Automotive!

Used in the past for minor mechanical repairs. They were up front, fast, and reasonable. This morning was a Monday from hell and I couldn't close my hood after adding washer fluid. I showed up at 7:30 without an appointment and these guys had the hood latched and me on my way to work in minutes. Great people, great service, highly recommend. Thanks!

Tower is everything you wish an auto mechanic shop to be but never found. Until now. Our van had a chronic emissions problem. 4 shops within a 30 mile radius, "fixed" it. With all hope lost, we called Derek at Tower. 24 hours later, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed it for real. We live north of Boston and trust me, this is the best shop in the greater Boston area. Save your self the headache and take your vehicle there. Honest experts. We won't trust anyone else.
