Tried calling 4 different times to get help with my Nissan and no one answered the call. My expectations are that if it’s this hard to get any help before repairs start. How hard will it be to get help afterwards. Thanks but no thanks!!!!!

Made appt on line for oil change. Quirk Nissan confirmed appt the next day by phone. I left work early and drove 45 min to dealership. Young man greeted me and took my car key. He came back a few minutes later to say "a lot of people [staff] called in today, so we won't be able to service your car." I reminded him that I had appt and that Quirk confirmed it, so he offered to check w his manager. Came back and told me the manager said it wasn't his responsibility. Well if not the service manager, then who? I went to speak with SM, who gave me run-around. Said confirmation call came from Quirk Braintree, not Quirk Quincy, and so on. They had my email address and my phone #. My appt was 3pm. Why didn't someone get in touch with me earlier in the day to cancel? I could go on, but basically, the guy never apologized, and never offered a solution. So much for customer service. By the way, first car leased from Quirk. First appt w their service dept. Not happy.

This was the worst service that i have had anywhere. I waited over 10 min before anyone helped me to tell me to pull my car in. Then when i told them everything that i wanted them to check I waited 2 HOURS to have them tell my they did not check everything after they tried to LIE and say it was do to wear and tear and not doing a tire rotation. The sane tire rotation that they were suppoae to do for me when i got my oil change done from them.. but didnt do the tire rotation. After waiting two hours they tell me they did not fix anything on my car even though someone came to mw and said they were fixing a recall on my car so i was thinking great at least something will be fixed but again no. They need a peice to be order so end of story waited two hours for them to twll me miscommunication and nothing was fixed. Worst time every never going to theor service department if i dont have to!

I booked appointment for service via their official app , price for oil change was showing $69.9 in their booking app. Upon reaching Service person told me that price is gone up $10. When I show price in their service schedule app rudely that guy told he is not going to argue. Left service center . Was regular here for servicing last 3 year but now they lost my business. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest people.

10/10. Everyone should go here for inspections and recalls. No nonsense. I’m sure there’s people on here complaining, but they probably deserve what happened to their car.

Stay away from this service place. They are unprofessional, liars, will make you wait for hours just to give you a ridiculous price. I came in to remove a nail from my tire and after 2 hours of waiting in the lobby the guy comes back and tells me you need a new tire$270. They failed to tell me that they don’t remove nails and patch. Town fair tired will do it for free. This service is ridiculous

Best service ever! I can always trust them with my car! I went to another place to get my car inspected because they were a lot closer, but they failed my car because a tail light was out and tried to scam me, telling me they had to remove my bumper to take a look and don't know how much labor was ganna cost. Guess what... took Nissan a few minute to change a bulb, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Also, they made sure I knew and approved of what was happening before they did it (which was literally just changing my bulb. No removal of parts necessary)

Dropped off car and heard zero communication for 5 days. Called the dealer and transferred me to a sales guy that tried to push me into buying a car? Asked for service and they hung up. The only way to get attention was to write this poor review. Got the car back, wasn’t cleaned and smelled awful. While this dealer is 5 minutes down the road, no problem driving 30mins to Boch who are fantastic.

My oil change and tire rotation was quick and on schedule. Paul was professional, respectful and pleasant to talk to. And the facilities had everything I needed to work and feel comfortable while I waited. Will definitely come back for routine services.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received through your text messaging system. I encountered a lack of support regarding my appointment, which I schedule online and was not honored as expected for a simple problem in the steering wheel of my car. (It was not a engine or transmission issue) The communication I received was not customer oriented and did not provide the assistance I needed. I had hoped for a more streamlined experience, especially when it comes to scheduling my vehicle to identify the issue in timely manner in the afternoon, and not a drop off for the next day for a steering wheel volume buttons issue. I believe that effective communication towards customers is crucial in building customer trust, and my recent experience fell short of that expectation with this dealer. I hope you can address these issues to improve the service for future customers.

The mechanic forgot to close my car bonnet properly after service after my credit card complain . Luckily I notice and close it after I found out. Another issue is that I handed over my credit card and they said will charge me with my credit card. After that, I got a scam that my card was charged to an auto shop nearby quirk Nissan Quincy. I call and complain to one person. I regret didn’t report to police. I hope it’s not too late to report. Beware

I would leave zero or negative stars if this review platform would allow - this story is not just unbelievable but unthinkable that a dealership could conduct themselves in this manor! We have a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder which we purchased from Boch Nissan a couple years ago. On January 19th a number of warning lights went off on the screen. The message was that there was a misfire in the engine. We parked the car back at home and made an online service appointment at Quirk Nissan. The following morning I took the car in and met with the service advisor. What happened next was one of the most outrageous scenarios the I’ve been involved in, filled with lies and deception. This story is almost unfathomable!! The service advisor asked me what was wrong with the car and I informed him that a warning light when off and it indicated a misfire. Without hesitation the advisor said it was rodents chewing the wires in my engine and quickly showed me a bill from another customer for $6700.00 for repairs due to rodent damage and then whispered “don’t worry, your car insurance will cover it”. I found it odd that he explained and identified this without even looking at the car. I left the car with them but on the drive home, I called back the advisor and said … if there is any indication of rodent damage … do not touch the car, I will pick it up and get a second opinion. I just did not trust the situation, everything about it seemed weird. I called at the end of the day and was told they could not identify the problem and would have to keep the car another day. I still did not feel good about the situation so the next day I went in to see the service manger with my wife - his name was Chris.I explained what had happened the previous day and that I was not feeling good about having the car repaired if it was not covered by the warranty and if there was rodent damage. In a very aggressive way Chris said ,.. “How do you know it’s not rodent damage and the issue with the car is covered by warranty” ????? I asked him “is it rodent damage “ ?? And he said we don’t know. He then took us into the service bay to see the car. The engine was taken apart which I found odd because most of these types of problems are easily identified by a computer. Chris then showed me what he identified as rat droppings inside the intake manifold (see pictures). I could not believe it because the droppings were large and it’s impossible that a rat could get inside the core of an engine???? An engine runs at 200+ degrees!!! How could droppings not burn up or even a rodent survive??? I drive this car regionally around New England, it’s never sitting around!! I immediately said to him that this is a set up, a lie and a scam and he quickly walked away and disappeared into an office. I went back and found another service advisor and told him to put the engine back together and I will have the vehicle towed to another dealer. I had the car sent to Coastal Nissan for a second opinion. They hooked a computer up to the car and within minutes found the issue with the vehicle. It was an electronic part that caused the problem. There was absolutely no reason to open the engine of the car. They replaced the part and I picked the car up the next day. I explained to them the experience I had at Quirk and they could not believe it !!! They told me it was impossible a rat could get inside the engine and that the droppings could even exist with the heat of the engine. They also explained that they have heard of this scam before but never in a major dealership. It is almost inconceivable that Quirk would go that far to get money out of customers. I felt so bad for the person who spent $6700 to have a questionable repair done and even if it was covered but auto insurance, you would still have to pay the deductible. If you ever get in a situation like this with your vehicle, ask for a second opinion. I called Nissan Customer Advocacy on this incident and they were no help, so this story is going right to the Attorney General’s Office! Wow - please beware of this scam at Quirk!!

I'm looking for my new car. Yesterday I went to the information desk, but some man’s had a kid showing me the cars. I just wasted my time. I left the same way I came. How do you expect me to buy a car just because you show them to me if you don't have the slightest idea how to treat a customer? I'm buying a car, not candy. If you're going to buy something, make sure it's someone with experience, but first, someone who actually does their job good. Yesterday, it seemed like they didn't want to get off their desks. 🙄to those in charge of service👎🏽👎🏽

I recently had an issue with my Nissan Rogue CVT engine. Thankfully, I gave Paul a ring, and he was absolutely instrumental in resolving the problem. Paul’s technical knowledge and commitment to ensuring the repair was done right were clear from the start. He made sure the issue was thoroughly addressed. Even more impressive is his proactive follow-up after I picked up the car a few days later just to ensure the car was running fine and to answer any questions I might have. It is rare to find a Service Advisor who is both highly skilled and genuinely invested in your satisfaction. Paul is the reason I trust this Nissan service center. Highly, highly recommended.
