I have been to Triple 5 twice for brakes and again for my annual oil change. They are fantastic! They don’t try to unnecessarily upsell me. In fact, I asked them to check my front brakes, since they had done only the rear brakes last year. They could have said I needed them, but they didn’t. They actually said they’re in good shape and gave me a timeline. Their advice across visits is consistent. They’ve gained my trust! I highly recommend Triple 5 Motors.

I started bringing my 2013 Grand Cherokee Overland Summit to Triple 5 Motors a couple of years ago, and I’ve continued to return ever since—simply because they’re honest and trustworthy. My first visit was for a second opinion on a power steering leak. My previous mechanic told me it needed immediate replacement at a cost of $3,000–$4,000. Triple 5 Motors inspected it thoroughly and confirmed there was a small leak, but assured me it wasn’t urgent and could be monitored over time given my driving habits. More recently, they repaired my AC, which hadn’t been cooling properly. Again, they were upfront about what needed to be replaced, and the cost turned out to be very reasonable. I truly appreciate their integrity and highly recommend them.

I was referred to Triple 5 Motors by my previous mechanic who does not perform maintenance on German imports. I made a reservation at the Washington Street location and was quickly impressed with the professionalism and patience displayed by both Bert and Jesse. They each took the time to discuss the potential repairs in detail and also provided options in the event I chose to delay some of the more expensive issues. I have had the guys at Triple 5 work on my BMW, so it was an easy call to bring in my Infiniti when a ‘check engine’ light came on and the engine began to misfire. Sunti was able to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate for the repairs, which he and his staff made the next day. I sent my car to Triple 5 Motors the next morning, as it is the only place I trust to help my former car and the current one (4.5 years old) for more than a decade. Sunti was very knowledgeable and helpful. I initially asked him to look at the charging system for my phone in the car. Before I'd been gone for 20 minutes he had looked at my car and helped solve that problem for me. Next he told me that he had found a leaking shock absorber. I also wanted my transmission fluid changed. I have never changed the transmission before but it is a recommendation by Volvo. I had brought the car in a day early and so everything was completed by the time I had initially anticipated. Sunti told me that I could wait on fixing the rear shocks and I could wait on the transmission fluid for another 10K but it is very rare that I don't need my car every day so I thought it was worthwhile to get this maintenance work done by an honest and reputable mechanic even if it was my first time meeting them. For what work was completed the price was reasonable. Triple 5 Motors took good care of my 2015 Volvo XC60 T6. I'm happy I found them.
