When I tell you I had the BEST experience. Jimmy was so kind and helped me immensely with my brakes and rotors (and my stubborn tire). I always hate going into auto shops as I don’t know much about cars, but Jimmy eased all my nerves. He explained everything to me and gave me a great price, didn’t try to sell me on other things and only fixed what needed to be fixed. I will be only going back here because of him, and will be sharing with my friends and family to come see Jimmy here!

I took my car in for an oil change. Normally I'd take my car to a Valvoline or Jiffy Lube, but after Jiffy broke my engine oil cooler I was looking for a different experience with real mechanics 😅 the customer service here was great! I interacted with Jimmy who was a total sweetheart and made the entire process seamless. Overall I'd recommend this place just for the customer service alone. Will more than likely return for other business.

Not only did Jimmy get us in sooner than when we scheduled, but he was able to fit us both in on the same day, instead of having two different appointments on two different days. Had my winter tires put on today at this location and had a great experience. Vincenzo Acierno the store manager was very kind and helpful. He brought me back to my car to show me how worn my breaks were, not to get me to buy anything, but to make sure I knew it was something to address soon for safety and making sure not to damage the rotors. No pressure to buy brakes from them just informing me of what they observed. Very helpful and respectful. Also waiting room was clean, warm, and comfortable!

Excellent service! I spoke with Jimmy on the phone and mentioned I was proposing to my girlfriend later that day and I needed to fix my flat tire. I called other places and was told they couldn’t see me for a couple of days. Jimmy was so kind and made the time for me to come in and took care of it the same day. And the price was better than the other places!! I was able to propose to my girlfriend later that day… wouldn’t have been possible without Jimmy’s excellent service. We will be coming here from now on. Highly recommend! My girlfriend also said yes!

Jimmy is a saint! When he was the manager in Medford, I was a patron for several years. He always does right by the customer and goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is in top shape. Amazing experience. Had an emergency flat tire - I’m a home health hospice nurse - I really on my car to care for my patients. Sullivan tire were less then kind. Gave me the run around and quite honestly were just rude. I randomly ended up at Monro Auto and can’t be more thankful, Jimmy the store manager went out of his way to get me in and fix my tire so I could get back on the road seeing patients in no time! He was so extremely kind, fair and honestly! Frank the technician did an excellent job with my repair and in lighting speed! I unexpectedly had car trouble on a Saturday. I live in Rhode Island and was far from my home mechanic and Monro (Jimmy in particular) absolutely saved me!
