This place is a complete rip off! I was there for a new tire and oil change left with a 430.00 bill! These scammers tried to make me pay for a warranty on my tires that came with the new tire anyways they charged me for every little thing they could! I advise people to not use this buisness never in my life have I encountered such a shady buisness!

We've always had a great experience at Firestone in Quincy. They've always been quick to help, clear in expectations, and fair in pricing. From oil changes to getting towed in and needing a new tire, we've always felt taken care of by the team. This most recent time Shaiwon was so helpful and called us multiple times to keep us up-to-date on where the process was.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. My wife and I went to Firestone for a sticker inspection, wheel alignment, and brake check. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing — no greeting, no courtesy, and while they offered a “lifetime” wheel alignment, they never clearly explained how it actually worked. While we were waiting, I had to leave for work, so my wife stayed alone. That’s when things took a turn. Sales Rep told her the car needed a complete brake replacement — front and rear pads, calipers, and rotors — claiming everything was “completely worn out.” The quote? $2,200. When I found out, I immediately called and asked them to stop the work. It didn’t make sense, since the brakes had been in great condition just a couple of months earlier, and I hadn’t noticed any issues while driving. We took the car to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion and guess what? The rear brakes were in perfect condition, rotors smooth and pads like new. The mechanic only suggested replacing the front rotors sometime soon. From a $2,200 estimate, we ended up paying less than $400. And to be clear. I know that when you actually have to replace an entire brake system, it can be expensive. That’s not the issue here. The issue is that they tried to sell a repair that simply wasn’t needed. It’s the feeling that they tried to take advantage of my wife being there alone to push an unnecessary repair. An absolutely unethical and disappointing experience.

Great experience with Alberto! I had a flat and he took care of it in timely manner and got me on the road as fast as possible. Definitely will be coming back here with any care related issues. Price was reasonable as well Thanks Alberto!

My experience at the Firestone in Quincy was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Marc. He not only explained the repair process in detail but also offered valuable insights on how to maintain my vehicle. His customer service skills are top-notch, and his leadership abilities are evident. I highly recommend recognizing his exceptional service, perhaps with a leadership role. He's a true asset to the team.

On Christmas Eve late in the day my car was low on engine coolant. I went to my local Firestone repair center and asked if they could sell me some fluid, they said that they usually don’t sell it that way, but if I had a container they could help me. I ran home and got a container. They stayed and provided me with the engine coolant fluid at no charge. These are special people and were able to give me a Christmas miracle. I highly recommend this store and the group of dedicated team members.

I stopped into Firestone on Friday, January 30th because i found a small slit in my tire and wanted to make an appointment for a replacement. I was told no problem and got scheduled for 11am Saturday, 1/31. I arrived at the scheduled time and sat for 2 hours before someone talked to me about the car. I was told that even though the computer showed 3 tires in stock, there were none in the store. The manager said someone from corporate in the region had come in and the inventory was all messed up. I said i had been waiting for 2 hours already and all i was told is "that's about how long I've been looking for this tire". I asked if there was another tire they could replace it with - he saw another option in the system in store, but upon going to look for that, that tire was not in stock either. I asked for my existing tire to be put back on and to give me the keys so i could take my service elsewhere. This experience was unacceptable and i will not be returning here for service.

Took my car in for a low beam replacement. Might sound like a DIY job but if you own an older Subaru Legacy, you know it's not... I arrived a couple hours before closing and they were able to service the car same day and charged a very good price for the labor. No complaints!

I worked with Marc. The mechanics were very thorough in their assessment of what we needed to keep our 2018 Toyota Corolla in good working order. We needed 2 new front tires, and an alignment. Also, the steering wheel needed to be calibrated. Marc explained everything to me. My husband, Fred and I were very pleased. Thank you for servicing all of our cars all these years! We wish you continued success in 2026!

I had the best experience here. I did not even know they were open on sundays! Greg help me out, and he was professional and awesome. It was a full house in here right before a storm. They quickly got me a tire, and the price was half of what I usually pay. I recommend 100%.

On January 18, 2026, I had a standard wheel alignment performed at this location and paid $134.95. I was not provided with the alignment measurement report. After the service, my vehicle is still driving uneven and pulling. I contacted the store to address the issue and request the alignment report, but it has not been resolved. I am requesting proper documentation of the alignment and correction of the issue.

Excellent experience at Firestone. Greeted by the AMAZING ANTONIO. He fit me into their busy schedule. Found out I needed a new tire due to a nail puncture on the side of the tire. Great communication. Definitely recommend. This is our GO TO place. Katie G

Everything was fine, service was good at the counter and on the phone. The only issue was the job wasn't completely done correctly. Two new tires were purchased to replace the two worn front tires. It is a rwd vehicle, the instructions were to remove the two front tires, rotate the back tires to the front and place the new tires on the rear. That did not happen. When I pointed out the issue when picking up the vehicle, the person at the counter was honest and said they were busier than usual and it would probably be better to come back on Sunday or Monday to fix the problem and have the tires rotated as they should have been. It isn't a critical mistake and I appreciated him telling me they were busy and giving me the option to come back rather than having to wait a long time to have it done. I just wish it was done correctly to start with. I will probably just jack up the truck and rotate the tires my self rather than going back. It might be quicker that way.

I would highly recommend the Firestone in Quincy. I was greeted by Mark and Alberto who made me feel very comfortable with the services my car needed. I did not have an appointment and I was told “no problem”. I was also on a time constraint and they expedited my tire change while explaining all the different options. I felt like they were very knowledgeable and more than competent. They reviewed the different pricing options and I felt like I was well informed to make a decision. I will definitely continue to use this location for all my tire needs.

I have never left a bad review but they were horrible 😫. I got a flat a couple weeks ago- the plow guy at my work offered to help me. He put on a spare for me and took my tire to patch it up and put back on. In between that he got drunk came to my work aggressively hit on me so I went here to Firestone to finish the job and get my tire put back on to avoid dealing with all that naturallyyyyy. They started the job, recommended other services some of which I agreed to, but couldn’t finish it because the plow guy still had my tire which I forgot I would need. Explained briefly to the guy behind the counter the situation with the previous plow guy/mechanic- asked if I could just have the tire dropped off there by plow guy hoping to avoid interaction with creepy plow guy, they said that was fine. I paid for the full service including the tire that was yet to be put on. Texted plow guy he agreed to drop it off and apologized for drunk behavior blah blah. I called Firestone ONCE AGAIN to confirm it’s ok to have it dropped off because as a grown up I understand it’s a liability for cooperations to hold personal property -Firestone guy enthusiastically said thats fine. Firestone guys worked on my tire called me three times??? To let me know it was ready when I was at work. I got back on the phone with them confirmed I would be back on my day off to have them put said tire on a service I alreadyyyyyyyy paiddd forrrrr. Unfortunatelyyyyy for me, and this part is obviously unbelievable, guy harassing me at work goes back to firestone tells the worker there he’s MY BOYFRIEND and picks the tire BACK UP. Obviously this person is unwell and I’m handling that situation respectively but I’m of course frustrated and confused as to why firestone would release my personal property to anyone but me when my name and card are on the receipt, they had outstanding labor/fees they charged me for and never completed, and they had called me repeatedly with other updates as well as I told them I’d be back on my day off to have the tire put on. I work at the most non corporate place ever and never return lost items to people without ID. It’s extremely reasonable to believe a corp place that holds ppl’s property would have any sort of protocol for that being picked up unless they make some sort of disclaimer which they do not. Idk if the manager John was like embarrassed this even happened but he handled it so weird. If there was a shred of empathy or remorse that this even happened I wouldn’t be here writing a review, people make mistakes, stuff happens but he just bent over backwards to make it my fault. He said “how are we supposed to know he’s not your boyfriend”, the same way you don’t know that he is geniusssss. He made a lame “joke” saying this is a problem for Quincy PD if I’m being stalked which is obviously insensitive and shitty but also makes no sense as at no point did I ask John the firestone tire manager for any investigative work just not to give my things away to a guy that’s dangerous and harassing with me!! Idk call me high maintenance!! Hopefully no woman in his orbit deals with anything like this bc as much as I like to think I have tough skin this situation was really unsettling and upsetting and he handled it horribly. I know my situation is unique but it happened. Any store pharmacy restaurant storage unit mechanic that asks for ID for this sort of thing does it fully understanding the wrong person picking something up is a 1 and 10000 thing but they verify identity for the 1 and 1000 scenario. Hopefully you all can come up with some sort of protocol because being forced to make outreach to this person puts me as a member of the community you serve in an unsafe position. Bye

Three hours and twenty minutes to change four tires — and not a single person came to update me about my vehicle. No communication. No courtesy from the front desk. One lady even told me it takes them TWO HOURS just to replace a battery. Meanwhile, employees were leaving to go home while customers were still waiting. On top of that, when it was time to pay, I had to ASK to see the bill to understand what I was being charged for — they didn’t even offer to explain it. I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped me, but I believe his name was Greg. This was a horrible experience. I will never return to this location, and I won’t be using this franchise again. There are plenty of other places that value their customers’ time and money. Thank you for wasting my entire day. Unbelievable — especially considering there were only about three customers there. Went in to patch a tire and change oil. Original quote of $35tire+$105oil. He even mentioned the providing a $25 promotional coupon. I confirmed the $105 pricing as I understand my car has a larger oil tank and he assured me that is the correct pricing. After waiting 2 hours they told me I’d be needing a a whole new tire because the wheel has a “bubble” and because they can’t “patch over a patch”. There was no previous patch, but at the beginning I explained there’s glue residue from a failed attempt to patch myself. By the end of it all they were attempting to charge me $150 on just the oil when I told them I do not need a tire. He admitted to misquoting me on the oil change because of the larger tank and claimed he didn’t quote the filter, which he did. Ultimately I paid $120, which I would’ve never even spent if I didn’t think it was an $85 oil change. There is NO bubble on my tire. Crooked people who do disgusting work for a lousy commission check. This is why the hard working people of Quincy choose local shops who don’t scam and will actually value the revenue from oil changes and tires (one of the largest profit margins in auto care). I hope his commission was worth losing a customer.
