Called for an urgent repair request in the morning. They were able to diagnose the clunking noise problem and replaced the wheel bearing same day, to accommodate my travel needs. After the repair, they immediately test drive to confirm the problem was indeed fixed. Professional and friendly, highly recommended.

I got tired of midas mis treating me, they would quote me one price than upon repair charge me another price. I got tired of my old place and found a new one. I just have to say thank you! I was driving around after dark the other evening trying to get the tire pressure in my X5 right to get the alarms to go off on my dash. Drove to a gas station that didn't have an air pressure measure wound up pumping too much air in the wrong tire, I was a mess. Was driving around and saw this place had an air pump so pulled in. Sam and one of his mechanics saw me trying to let air out of my tire. They were like mam the air thing isn't on lol! I said I know! They were so kind. Took out their digital air pressure measure, just very kind. They didn't have to help me but did. They got the alarm off, tpm reset and didn't charge me for anything. I didn't know how else to say thank you other than to give him some fresh fries I had picked up at KFC across the street. Again thank you guys for being so helpful. Highly recommend this shop, guys are honest and do good work. I drive a white BMW X5 which they specialize in.

Didn’t know they offered rental cars, I was offered a rental car for my vacation trip, I called days before to make sure it was still reserved, it was no longer available due to Unprofessionalism at its best,! This company lets feeling get in the way with work ! Do not come here!!?! Murteza or whoever is trash, owner is cool.

We were on our way out of state when my front tire started smoking. I have never been to Quincy auto before but I called at 12:30pm on a Saturday and asked if they could look at my van. They said sure bring it down. We brought it to Willie and he was so kind. He put my van on the lift and got us a quote and told us what needed to be done. He did the work for us and did the most thorough job we have ever had by a mechanic. Not only did he complete the work the same day(which we were not expecting) he made sure the work was flawless and did not rush the job. As we get back on the road we are so thankful to Quincy Auto and the we will trust Willie moving forward. Thank you!
