It was a funny visit. Got a flat tire and brought it to them to get my car fixed. Then I realized they noticed something else was wrong with my car but decided not to tell me. The shorter guy told the taller guy not to tell me. I wouldn't recommend people going to them. They only fix what they suppose to and get pay for. Nothing extra they will do for you.

First of all we appreciated all the great reviews and businesses that brought by the customer. As a small shop we don't need to ripe people off and second we don't work or check people vehicle for free we are not obligated here for that type of charity work. People also should know every vehicle comes to a shop for MASS STATE INSPECTION THEY SHOULD HAVE ALL THERE EQUIPMENT FULLY CHECKED BEFORE they COMES TO A STATION. It is not a guarentee to pass a vehicle even customer paying the $35.00 fee. Plus what is consider expensive or cheap ? This shop price is set by the labor book also if u can't afford the shop labor rate. You can work on your own car or truck why come ask and low ball any small business. Auto zone and Advanced Auto all near by the area you can buy your own parts and buy your own tools and fix your own problems. Also the last thing wiper is not shovel it doesn't matter what kind of wiper blade you get it still only for rain. We don't need to nickle and dime people to survive. If u dont wants to purchase a set of wiper from us we just fallow the law of Mass state inspection fail for wiper cleaning and operation function. By selling a set of wiper blade to avoid a small inconvenience issue for failing Massachusetts State inspection sticker for re-test. It is also only an option for customer to purchase a set of wiper blade form us to avoid inconvenience re-test. It is not obligated. We have been in business for over 2 decades in 2 locations area it doesn't matter what kind of reviews you offer it is fine for us. Thank you and God bless you all.

Charged me $40 to put my car on the lift. I had to tell them the problem they said nothing was wrong once I confirmed the problem showing them again and having another auto shop call and talk with the manager, they finally agreed. Rip off to charge someone $40 to put the car on a lift and be told what the problem was by two people before they agreed. Also asked for a call back from the owner, which I never received. Untrustworthy, ripoff, and major lack of knowledge for car parts in general.

Went in to get an inspection. Got told need a 400 to 600 hundred dollar bumper to replace. Was hesitiating and got told some people doesn't have money can get a temporary one otherwise there will be no mercy from the policy since they think you are not even trying. Went to a another shop and got checked saying just need minor repair with 40 dollars cost no need to change the whole front bumper. Don't know why came here to get insulted. This place does take advantage of women and new people (guess not even customer).

Never had a problem with doing state inspection for a few years until this time. The guy literally has run out of his garage screaming at me that everybody distracts him from doing the work by asking for state inspection service every 5 mins. This is literally the first time in this country I got a reaction like this for no reason on saying "Hello". This is not the way how you want to run your business and then complain that you do not have people to help you. When you deal with customers like that, I am not going to trust you repair works or anything else important from now on.

I had a horrible experience with the shop, I went in to get a state inspection done and the guy faked the whole thing, pretended to hook onto the car computer and said it wasn’t reading. I thought that was a genuine assessment and went to the dealership to pay $165 to get a diagnosis saying it was working just fine. Went to another shop to get the inspection done and all was good. The guy evidently scammed me of the money.

I had gone to another gas station 3 times for an inspection sticker. Each time, they told me the wait was 2 hours and to come back. After the third time I decided to look for a different place. JN Auto was courteous, kind and quick. Within 20 minutes from arriving, I was driving away with a new sticker. They are awesome and I highly recommend them.

John was fantastic! He couldn’t give me a quote for brakes on the phone but when I showed up without an appointment he looked at the back tires with a flashlight and determined the rear brake pads and rotors were going, and gave the quote right then and there. Price was very reasonable and he got to work immediately. Picked the car up after 2 hours! He has TV in every language if you end up waiting in the office. Can’t recommend JN Auto highly enough, thanks!
