I recently brought my 15 year old vehicle to Quincy Service Center and I am extremely impressed with how well the process of repairing my vehicle was handled. I had an oil leak and an electrical issue front left headlight. After I had dropped off my vehicle I received a call from Bashir who went over the issues and he gave me a few options with a estimate of the cost. Once the vehicle was fixed I received a another call from Bashir who told me the vehicle was all set and the final bill was lower than the original estimate. I know for sure that he saved me a lot of money because I had previously got an estimate from another local service company who looked at my vehicle but wasn’t able to do the work for another 2 weeks. I recommend this service center but I’d suggest calling them first to schedule an appointment. I have another vehicle that has a check engine light in and I will be bringing that vehicle to them soon.

Was given a recommendation from a family friend to use Brashear and his team and I can’t begin to tell you how impressed I was/am. True professionals and kind— they diagnosed all that needed to be done and helped us stay on budget. When a last minute item didn’t show up, Brashear went above and beyond and drove me back to work and called me the next morning to let me know the car was good to go. Had been going to this gas station for a few years and have enjoyed the friendly service from the folks working here. Sometimes I pay in cash, and sometimes credit card. I came and paid by a credit card from an employee who did not look familiar. While normally a receipt is given to me, this time I was not given one. I did not think much about it since I was in a rush. When I looked at my statement balance I was charged $30 more than usual. I tried to dispute the charge, but without a receipt I was unable to resolve anything. I don't think any thing was done intentionally, it was probably poor training from new service members. So please be advised to always ask for your receipt here. Since this incident I have decided to go elsewhere.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for years. So when the new owners took over, I wasn’t too sure what to do. I took a chance and had them service my very old car, trying to keep it alive. They fix whatever I throw them. Bashir is very helpful and always gives a fair price. Today I brought my Jeep there with a leak. By the early afternoon it fixed. Fairly priced as usual. I feel confident I’ll be using this garage for a long time.

2 years ago, I'd rated them highly, but they seem to have changed. No longer friendly, now expensive, and now unreliable. Most recently, less than a year (and 5000 miles) ago, I bought a new 30 month battery from them at $276.68 (!), which now won't hold a charge and has had to be replaced. In January, it was a $866 repair. This is year, they would not pass a slightly cracked windshield that they had passed before. I haven't seen Bashir in over a year -- someone else deals with me. It is just worse than it was. Here's the old review: Friendly, timely, inexpensive, reliable, qualified, convenient -- what more could I ask? Bashir takes care of my 12 year old Subaru Forester. Today, he adjusted his schedule to fit mine, cited a price of $175 plus labor, was done early, charged me $110, and we parted smiling. If only all of my life was like this.

Horrible and rude experience every time I go and not sure why I continue to go. On Monday, I asked for fill up cash. The total was 14 and change. He put $15 in his pocket and walked away. I backed my car up and said may I please have my change. He went in the office and came back and put all pennies back in my hand. Rude very rude. I will never go to the station again and have told all my friends and family to do the same.

Been a customer here for 15+ years. Was due for inspection sticker. Stopped in once and left due to line. Stopped in again and "no stickers today" because the printer was broken. Called ahead today to avoid another wasted trip. Asked if they were doing stickers today and the RUDE GUY HUNG UP ON ME. No way to treat customers, Super Petroleum. Bye bye, going elsewhere starting today.

I’ve been getting gas here for years now and worst experience in my life. The guy did not want to pump gas for me. When he did, he proceeded to say something is wrong with my car. I got out to clean some snow off my tires and he yelled at me don’t clean your snow here. He has to clean it up… excuse me??? Doesn’t snow just melt into water? Then he charged my card twice. Asked for a receipt and would not give it to me. Finally, he yelled at me to go get gas at a different station. The other two guys, older gentleman have been very kind… but idk this new guy was all levels of rude for no reason. I was just trying to get gas on a winter day and did not have a random guy yelling at me in the plan. Just save yourself from a horrible experience and go somewhere else.

This is my new favorite place to come for car inspections in Quincy. The staff is always friendly and courteous and the service is super fast, even when there's a line. Also, they accept all credit cards and will never ask you to pay cash unlike other similar places. Highly recommend this place for fast, friendly, and quality car inspections and service.
