All I asked for was an oil change, it must be full service here because I see my wheel has been taken off. Not much area for parking, make a schedule online before you come, if you are dropping off a car ot seems like they will work with you. You can most likely find a coupon online so you're not paying $50+ for a tube and lube. There's definitely a bit of things that they do your car when you go there I was here for an oil change and was here for legit an hour and it looks like the recommended items to fix on my car are a list of things that come out to 1600 $1,600 1600 they asked me if I want to take care of any of the items today I almost paid 6995 for an oil change but you got to read the fight fine print on the coupons I almost paid almost $70 for an oil change luckily the coupon wording with clear enough that I got an oil change for almost $30 still expensive but it does the job thank you for your help you're interested in being successful, experiencing professional growth, and achieving excellence here at Meineke

I came for an oil change after receiving a great recommendation from a colleague. I booked my appointment online which was quick and easy for the next day. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and not only did they do my oil change, they also gave my car a full work up with recommendations of work I needed done (without being pushy to get it done/scheduled that day). It was a great experience I would definitely recommend!

I find this location very convenient and I also like that they will accept competitors coupons. I saved $50! Chris the manager is pretty nice and listened to the concerns that I had with my vehicle. Christine at the desk is also very friendly and helpful.

The owner gets mad if you decide to take your car somewhere else after the diagnosis. Brought my car there for diagnosis so after he gave the quote I decided to town my car somewhere else cheaper to fix it, I called him telling him that I’m on my way to pick up my car and the tow truck got there a couple minutes before me and he send him away without my car. After I paid (Chris) for his diagnosis service he told me the tow truck was here but I sent him away without my car. I told him why did he do that he said that he thought the tow truck driver was talking to me. He was charging me $2600 to do the job and found a garage next bock for less than $600 to do it.

What a total ripoff and deception game?This guy plays, I understand from the police.I'm not the only one. This is a routine this place normally does. Do not let him do any work on a verbal. Okay, you will get additional work done that. You did not authorize, and then he'll hold your car for full payment, claiming that you okayed it. He also will delete or remove the estimate sent online or text. Before you get a chance to approve it. Once he has a conversation with you. In my case, without asking, they gave an estimate for the brakes which I declined. And I also did not authorize anything in writing. They went ahead and did it for an extra $2000. I had to pay to get my car back. They will claim that you are trying to scam him.Because you gave approval and now you're trying to back off on it.That's a tactic. When I call the local to police to intervene the first thing they said was, you do this all the time.It's not the first time we've been here for this issue to the owner

I changed the oil, and the next day the tires were making a buzzing sound. So I listened to them and went in, spending $140 to have the tires balanced, but the problem wasn't solved; the noise persisted. I regret going there. I saved a little money on an oil change, but now my tires are buzzing. No wonder they're not doing well; I'll never go there again.

While I have received acceptable and/or positive service here, including some comp'd services for minor issues, I do have concerns about this business' professionalism and community impact. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT SAFE FOR IMMIGRANTS. They constantly have Fox News on, do not allow for the channel to be changed, and have verbally commented positively in regards to reporting on the TV (though usually just a mumble/affirmative hum). Nothing has been explicit (which is why I'm not giving just 1 star), but better safe than sorry. Additionally, I've had a lot of issues with their communication. They told me a part was coming in same day, I went to pick up my car (had to leave work early) and the car wasn't done. They never called to update me.

Best local mechanic ever!! They fix the problems, provide extra ( mostly free ) care such as general inspection or tire rotation. Smiley faces, warm waiting area, coffee machine, best prices ever... What else one needs from their mechanics? They got everything!

Dishonest business with hidden fees. Came across a coupon for a synthetic oil change package including oil filter for $69.95 + tax. I called and made an appointment at which time I told them the specific vehicle I had and asked if the coupon price would apply as the coupon stated valid on most cars and light trucks. I have a 2018 Honda CR-V. The person that made my appointment with confirmed it would be $69.95 for my vehicle. I dropped the car off and again reminded them that I had a coupon for a $69.95 oil change. This was the second opportunity to disclose extra charges before performing work on my vehicle. When complete I was charged $91.29. I was charged an extra $6.77 for the oil filter which the coupon stated was included, $3.50 for disposal and $6.90 for shop supplies. $17.17 more than the coupon amount and the amount confirmed when I made the appointment. When I addressed this with the employee he told me that this is still cheaper than other places charge and I should blame Meineke corporate that create the coupon and not their location. Sorry, that’s not an excuse. They charged me 25% over the coupon price and the price I confirmed when I made the appointment and again when I brought in the vehicle. Worse than bait and switch because they waited until after the work is complete before disclosing extra charges.

My appointment was at 1 o’clock, and I was never initially told they were running behind until I asked. They then told me it was going to be half an hour.. it was almost an hour before my car was actually taken in just for an oil change. Once the car is done, it was moved outside and was outside for about 20 minutes when I realized it was out there, and I never was given my key. This was not a good experience this time. I did come here because I have had better experiences in the past. I also brought in a coupon that said the oil change for synthetic oil would be $34 and it ended up being an additional $40.

I brought car to an Endurance car warranty ‘s certified mechanic shop thinking Endurance would quickly and smoothly pay the claim made by the shop for me. Endurance required so much documents from me and from the shop because the shop’s labor rates and materials have changed or are not the going market rates. Chris was patient with Endurance but his patience surely was tested. It took 8 business days for the claim to be paid and the car to be fixed. I ended paying the difference, a hefty amount. Discounts were not given to me by the shop because I didn’t ask for them before signing the service authorization. If you have AAA or military discounts or coupons, let them know before signing anything. Overall, Chris was excellent dealing with the warranty claim and me, but I ended up paying more than I should have.

My 2006 Toyota Corolla was leaking oil and I brought it into the Meinekie at 692 Southern Artery, Quincy , Mass on Thursday morning and my car was repaired by 9:00 AM on Friday. The manager and mechanic kept me updated on what repairs had to be made, and what the cost would be, and I gave them the ok to do the repairs. The staff there were very friendly, informative, and professional throughout the process, and I’m very pleased with the great work they did. And the price was more than fair.
